Good communication with the company as they changed our time, good trip overall, Shame the microphone had broken so the tour rep couldn’t explain things to us but it didn’t ruin the trip.

Abba travel were great, all staff are friendly and helpful, providing lots of options and advice during our first trip to Zante. They were so helpful that we ended up booking extra boat trips and quad bike hire with them during our weeks stay. I cannot recommend them enough

This company will take your money knowing the weather is bad and the boat trip will be cancelled by the port authority and then REFUSE give a refund. Absolutely shocking customer service.

It was lovely with the swim at the caves and the hour on the island. Boat drive was nice but would have been nice to have seen more turtles but I understand it’s up to the nature.

We arrived on n the island from our cruise ship and booked the excursion to turtle beech. €40 each. When we got to the boat it was oversubscribed. The crew frantically trying to source additional plastic seats. Boats are designed to have a certain occupancy and these additional seats would breech these regulations. I also noticed a severe lack of life jackets for the amount of persons on board. Their rescue equipment was also past its last inspection date. The glass bottom boat was anything but! You’ll have a better chance of seeing through the eyes of a blind man. One fellow passenger compared it to a refugee boat! Save your money folks, it’s not a great experience.

Friendly and knowledgeable guide together with an extremely skillful and experienced captain. Swimming off the glass bottomed boat with fishes along with at Turtle Island made the experience really stand out from the other trip operators.

Great trip, saw a turtle in the harbour! The coastline is very impressive. Going into the caves with the boat was great. Turtle island is busy but there are refreshment boats there with drinks and snacks. Tip: Take a packed lunch with you and plenty of water

Abbacruise. Booked to go on turtle watching , Keri caves tour this afternoon. Took us over to laganos. Tour cancelled due to bad weather. Got brought back quickly enough and full refund - no quibble. Can’t do anything about weather but Very impressed with that service 👏

Great to see the turtles 🐢 👏 good information and additional visits inside the caves. The beach at Turtle Island is sharp shingle and sand and can be uncomfortable or painfulto walk on. Carmen in Alakanas (who we booked through) was very friendly knowledgeable and helpfull.

We did see turtles in the harbour as we left to go to the beach. At the beach and near the caves where we stopped off to swim, there were loads of jelly fish. So it's not ideal for swimming. This was in October, so I'm not sure if it's normal for this area all year round.

Absolutely amazing experience, we started off in the bay and got up close to a turtle which was an unbelievable experience and then went on to turtle island, crystal clear waters and brilliant weather to relax and enjoy a dip in the sea, after this the brilliant captain steered us into caves and backwards through rock formations before nestling in a cove for a free swim which included diving in from the boat before our departure back to the docks, brilliant experience and I would 100% do it again

The crew were amazing. We had up to date information about departure times. I asked for a birthday cake surprise for our son and they excelled themselves. The captain was great and took the boat inside the caves which was a beautiful experience. And it was very good value

Luckily our boat wasn't full as we could see that it would cause problems seeing the turtles.was expecting to go further out to see them not a couple of hundred yards from Dock then taken to a beach and left for an hour before going to the caves were we thought would be allowed to swim but wasn't. I found it a little boring but my wife enjoyed it

Like others have said do NOT buy online. We arrived early and they refused us entry because they could see coach loads of people coming. Then told us they would NOT accept online tickets. Sent us round the place looking for another boat! As it happens the second boat was the much better option. Fabulous female captain (so sorry didn’t get your name) and much more enjoyable experience. She really made it for us! Well worth it for the actual experience but go for a smaller boat and avoid the rude blokes on the bigger boats. 🐢

After reading reviews about this tour we were wondering how our experience would be. We were greeted by the team who were all incredibly friendly, professional and welcoming. The boat was not busy at the time we took the tour and there was still plenty of vacant seats. The boat captain insured to make sure both sides of the boat got to see the turtles. The tour was fun and enjoyable. For the price it is a great way to enjoy a few hours. All being said we did not agree with the amount of boats on the water and treatment of the turtles environment not by this tour but in general on the island and will remember this for the future when deciding on tours we wish to take. Of course this is not the tour company's problem or fault. That is a matter for higher authoritys to put in restrictions for boats or not.

We arrived virtually first in the queue. The boat turned up 10 minutes late by which time 2 coach loads of tourists turned up. After letting what seemed 100’s of people off the boat we were finally told to show our tickets before accessing the boat. We had to stand to the side as they would only let people on with paper tickets - not the electronic ones we received from Trip Adviser. The boat attendant was just rude and we had to wait for nearly 15 minutes as literally hundreds of people were herded onto the boat. It was so packed that it was standing room only so we gave it a miss and hired a nearby private boat with a skipper for 3 times the price for a wonderful experience unlike the poor sods we saw later that day in that awful boat. Avoid this all cost!

More than expected for inexpensive price. It was very enjoyable and took us to see beautiful parts of the island. Recommend!
