My first time at Skiing. Our tour guide Mariam was excellent. She gave clear instructions and tips on basics of skiing. Overall an enjoyable experience.

I was useless, but if I hadn't tried, I wouldn't have known! The other two people in my group were much more successful! Give it a go, just to say you have tried it! Magnificent scenery and lovely guide.

Great instructor - jolly and full of life. Super activity - can go at any pace and is fun for all. Views and area as a whole is beautiful

Our guide, Leah, was fantastic. She had a lot of tips to make the experience more enjoyable. We highly recommend this if you are inexperienced xcountry skiers like us.

This was a really fun afternoon. Our teacher was great and very friendly and helpful. I learned to do a lot in just a couple of hours and was then comfortable doing some nordic skiing around the cross country slopes. I loved it and wish I could do it in the UK!

It was such a fun experience. Never been cross country skiing before - it was very easy and def for beginners. Tomi was great. Wish we could have stayed even longer in tromso so I could have rented gear and gone out for longer at the park he took us to.

It was a great, fun experience doing this for the first time. Marcus is a great guide and was very patient with us and made sure we were OK. Would highly recommend this.

Marie was a wonderful teacher: patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The area where we did the activity was groomed for it, and very easy to get used to. Once we got used skiing in the flat area, we went to a couple of small slopes to practice breaking. We got also a small break in a beautiful area by a lake and enjoyed some hot tea and a Norwegian snack.

It’s a good experience for beginners. The instructor made sure that we were comfortable and confident to participate. As a beginner do keep in mind that you will fall many times and can get hurt too.

Very nice experience with a very good guide. Thomas was patient and pedagogue with all the group. The place offer several and beautifull point of view.

The instructor Tommy was great and explained everything thoroughly. Very beginner-friendly, but we still had a lot of fun!

We had such a great experience and I highly recommend this activity. Marie was a great guide!! She broke up the time by teaching us different techniques and taking us through different scenery, first on the trail, then onto the frozen lake, then through the forest. This was a small group, only 8 people, which was perfect. Great introduction to cross-country skiing!!

Fabulous lesson, lots of fun. Really well taught so that by the end we felt we knew enough to be able to go out and give it a go on our own.

Really Great for beginners!! After that lesson and free time to practice what we’ve learned I was sweating and felt like I just did a workout. Was great. Kudos to Tomi for being so patient, the group that i was with was a family who was quite difficult to deal with but Tomi taught them and handled them well. Highly recommend to experience, and for sure will try skiing again. We also had some good hot grape juice wine? And pastries in between.

Marie was a fantastic instructor. She explained everything so well that it only took a little instruction before we were able to enjoy ourselves! I think I’ve found a new sport

We really liked the experience. The organizers were punctual and handed out equipment that they promised. The tour guide was giving good instructions and we got really hooked on cross-country skiing. Always again!

Loved our guided beginners cross country ski trip with Leucas - everything was so well organised, easy to get our kit from the shop in Tromso, a short drive to the Cross country ski area and then excellent instruction. We were able to get going skiing and off through the forest, a memorable experience! Thanks to our great guide

Had a fantastic time. Our guide was very good, kind and patient. She explained all basics of cross country skiing, took us to a great spot, and eventually let me roam free for nearly an hour. She was very patient with the group members who needed more help. I fell in love with the sport, and would recommend everyone to try this.
