We had a very poor experience with this booking. The only redeeming factor was that the driver arrived to our pickup location on time. Otherwise, he: did not speak English; got very lost and wasted over half an hour, nearly causing us to miss our ferry connection; swerved dangerously while we drove on a mountain road; took multiple stops for himself to go to the bathroom and smoke, without asking us whether we needed to go; and drove unreasonably slowly, again almost causing us to miss our connection. The company only got in contact with us two days before to ask for additional money for the booking, and did not proactively offer key information such as pickup times. Consider carefully whether you have any other transport options before booking this.

Good, efficient transfer, got us where we needed to go. Was 15 minutes late for the pickup, so be aware if you have a tight connection, you might want to book with more of a buffer.
