Very well organised trip with wonderful staff who couldn’t do enough to make it a great experience. We were picked up and returned to our hotel in Hanoi. The boat was very clean and although small you never felt too crowded. The food was absolutely delicious including delicious fresh sea food. Really enjoyed the trip, only disappointment was the number of boats in the bay. They maybe need to start limiting them to reduce tourist numbers. But couldn’t fault CozyCruises.

Halong bay is the must see place in Viet Nam. Thanks to Cozy bay company, cruise staffs and Tuan guide, we had a great time in Ha Long bay

The boat was great, clean and quite large bedrooms. The food was incredible and there was so much of it. Activities were also lots of fun and Bang, our guide was very funny and explained everything in very good English. Would definitely recommend!

Great food, helpful tourguide and skilled staff. Too bad the weather in Halong was rainy during our visit but we enjoyed the cruise. It was worth the money! The entire booking was a breeze.

The trip was amazing. The tour guide is friendly. The room is cozy and there’s a lot of food. I would definitely go back next time.

Had the best time. Bring several sets of clothes as your clothes will get wet during kayaking and you might want to wear something nice at the dinner after the beach. Also bring a couple of swimsuits. The food was great, the rooms were good, the showers were clean and the water pressure was good and hot. I didn't feel too much motion which was nice because I sometimes get seasick.

Besides all the activities offered, the food served was amazing. Most of the attractions are really crowded, I hope that provided of good planning you can get there during the most convenient hours.

Halong bay is beautiful and it’s a must see when in Hanoi. Overnight stay is recommended if you have much time. The places are very exotic and we feel safe. However, there’s a lot of people on the beach. The boat is old, but our tour guide is funny and knowledgeable. The food is good too. It would be nice if the boat will get a little upgrade, but overall- good price!

This tour was fantastic! The landscapes are amazing, little but comfortable and clean ship, tons of food and we had an excellent weather. Do the kayak! you won’t regret, the sounds of birds is awesome. The dates we were there also were perfect, 30 Celsius grades, cloudy with a little bit of sun. Activities were very cool!

The one-night overnight cruise I experienced was exceptional. The staff was amazing, accommodating, and helpful. The food and drinks were excellent, and the activities were well-planned, coordinated, and timely. The pick-ups and drop-offs were efficient, making the overall experience highly recommended over a day trip.

There’s no shorts of cruise options on Halong Bay. Cozy boats, accommodate 25 to 30 guests which in my view is the perfect group size. You get to meet and know other guests which is part of the fun of traveling. The boat is in good condition. The rooms and bathrooms are neat and tidy. Staff is helpful and courteous. Meals were tasty and had variety. Karaoke in the night was great :-). The activities like kayaking, swimming are also good.

Such a lovely trip - Tuan and the crew were great, the itinerary was really well planned out, and the sights of Ha Long Bay were stunning. It was a small group so nice & easy to get to know everyone, I’d absolutely recommend this trip to anyone keen to explore this beautiful part of the world!

A cozy overnight cruise. Food was decent. They took care of all allergies towards food. Staff was courteous and our guide intelligently managed our stopover activities where it wasn't so crowded with tourists.

A beautiful experience meeting beautiful individuals in a beautiful setting. The crew and tour guide were so helpful, friendly and energetic accommodating to every need. Would highly recommend for solo, couple, family. Our tour guide was Tuan and he was so much fun and very informative!

We had a fantastic 2 day-1 night cruise. The staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and so much fun! Tuan was our tour guide and he was great. All the staff were equally great. The itinerary was packed with loads of fun activities and also allowed time to relax and enjoy the views. The meals were great, all cooked fresh onboard. Great variety...we had the veg options and the selection was great. Would highly recommend this trip. We travelled as a couple and a friend joined us. We also met some great people on board who made the trip an even better experience.

Ha Long Bay is a must-see if you're in Vietnam and these tours are the best way to do so. On the first day we had lunch then walked up a small hill to a va tale point and relaxed on a beach, before going to the secret cave. The evening had a cooking class where we made fresh spring rolls followed by a drink with the other passengers. The second day, we kayaked in a secluded part of Ha Long, before having lunch and heading back. Whilst the activities were good, j would've enjoyed more full days. Ha Long can get very busy with all the tours, so often, it's difficult to make the most of some of the bigger attractions. My room was comfortable, however the air conditioning did not work and my shower didn't go past lukewarm. Would recommend going on this tour with a friend or partner.

CREW and GUIDE were really amazing. BOAT: rooms are not like the one on the photo. There are quite small, like all boat is quite small. That wouldn't be quite a problem if it's clean, but our room and toilet were not so cleaned. From facilities, there's almost nothing. This is very basic boat. Don't expect hair dryer in the room or smth more. ITENARY: it would be probably better if all the places in Halong bay are not overcrowded. Literally you will be surrounded with hundreds of people in the cave or at the Ti Top island. POLUTION: it's horrible and disgusting!! You will wake up surrounded with tons of trash in the water. You'll not feel safe to swim. Air is polluted as well. So, you'll probably not be able to see any beauty of this destroyed beautiful place. When we booked this tour, we quite didn't know about this issues Halong bay is facing. It's not worth. It ruined my experience and experience of many others in our group. I felt sad seeing all the trash and pollution as result of overturism, made me regretting to fall into a trap.

Great tour, a bit rushed but that’s to be expected with the nature of a 1 day tour. If you’re looking to really relax and enjoy, choose an overnight tour, but this tour does a really great job of covering everything in one day.
