I had a wonderful experience with my halong bay trip with cozy bay cruise. They have a well equipped and clean cruise ship. The food was great with different variety to choose from. The activities is all fun and enjoyable. Tim the tour guide is very accommodating and speaks english very well that he very well explained everything to all of the tourists. So overall, the experience was superb. And would recommend this to my friends who will be visiting vietnam in the future. ☺️

Kien Stickyrice was a great host. Made our trip entertaining. Would recommend Cozy Bay to everyone. The cruise and the staff did a great job.

Great views from the boat. We took the day long trip and went at a nice, steady pace. Halong Bay however was very crowded with similar tour boats; and this was in the low season so I can only imagine what it’s like during peak season. The excursion to Surprise Cave was great; that can fit an entire city in there! Lunch buffet food was average. Important note: they don’t allow you to take plastic bottles of water on the boat. Not sure if it’s a No Water policy or No Plastic policy. But if you don’t to pay for overpriced mineral water on the boat or get dehydrated , make sure you ask about their water policy. Overall a good trip!

Amazing trip!! Worth paying the cost of it!! Our guide kien has been supportive and friendly along with good English speaking skills . They hosted it nicely and without any trouble it just went well 🥰 10 /10 marks 👍🤩🥳

Good experience overall. Our guide Minh was great. We had a good time. The best advice would be to go in a low season. We were lucky that there were not that many boats.

The trip was amazing, me and my friend had wonderful time on the cruise to Halong Bay. They even organized a tea party at the top deck for us to enjoy the sunset.

I loved the experience of cruising through the Ha Long Bay. Maybe not the best time to visit since this is a holiday so there are lots of crowd.

Had an amazing trip to Halong bay with cozy bay tours, Kien was very humorous and friendly. We also got complementary buffet and sunset party which made it even better.

Must visit tour. We covered the caves and kayaking along with a beach island. Great buffet and also a really “cozy” sunset evening get together. Kien our tour guide has been great!
