Really enjoyable, informative, and friendly. Provided a great introduction to the city and points of interest. Very knowledgeable on the history of the city. The only downside was lack of clear directions on the parts of the tour when on roads, especially if group includes nervous cyclists.

Our guide was very thorough and shared his vast knowledge of Cork and its history. He deftly maneuvered us through the city streets , stopping at locations of interest where we learned about the city , it’s geography and history . One of the best city tours we’ve taken ! Highly recommended.

Our guide was super knowledgeable about Cork’s history and many other things related to the city. I thought three hours may be too long, but the ride passed by so fast because it was so interesting! I’d do it again in the future for sure:)

Guide was very knowledgeable and we went all over the city. We had a intimate group, which is good with city biking. We toured for about 3 hours.

Davey was super knowledgeable about Cork history and the growth of the city. His bikes were great - very good condition, easy to ride, a helmet and safety vest included. I love bike tours of cities because you see so much more of a place than you would if walking. Cork has a fair number of dedicated bike lanes, cars are considerate and drive tons slower along the narrow streets than in a US city. We learned a lot ! Thanks Davey.

Did the Cork City Cycle Tour with James and Leonard and had an excellent experience! This is a great way to see Cork City if you’re tight on time. This was our first time here and we saw and learned about more of the City than we would have on our own! We passed Cork’s main points of interest and heard the interesting history behind each site, combined with humour and the opportunity to ask questions. The pace of the cycling was very fair - Cork is pretty bike-friendly and there are frequent stops. I am not the most physically “fit” and had no trouble keeping up. Doable for most adults and even children. Overall, if you enjoy cycling, history, and a good time, this is a must-do!

There were 7 of us on our bike trip. Our bus from Kinsale was a bit late so we messaged Bryan to say. He walked to the bus station to meet us. Bryan was fun, kind and helpful and very patient and happy to go at our pace. The bike tour was a joy, it is not 3.5 hours of cycling, but cycling interspersed with going into places and looking at things. Bryan was happy to wait while we looked at a small and interesting exhibition at the gallery in Fitzgerald Park. Bryan also made a great recommendation for lunch. It was fun, fun, fun and we thoroughly recommend it.

It's hard to choose my favorite part of the bike tour! I loved going out to Fitzgerald Park and just beyond it, where the River Lee parts into two and flows on to cradle the city as it flows into the salt water where the port is and eventually, the ocean. I would definitely advise people to be on time for the tour, unlike me! I was so late that I missed the start of the tour. But I did find the bicycle that had been meant for me, which miraculously was unlocked, so I donned the helmet and high viz vest and set out on the bike path along the river, thinking well maybe I'll just find them.... Twenty minutes later or so it wasn't looking good for me. But as I approached Fitzgerald Park, a man on a bicycle rolled up beside me and said, Mary? It turned out to be Bryan, the tour guide (who is also a fiction writer, it turns out), with six or seven in the group coasting along behind him. They all gave me such a warm welcome and seemed to forgive me for having held them up at the beginning, which I'm sure my lateness did. I had missed the Shandon part of the tour, but I became one of the gang for the rest of the tour and learned a lot about Cork from the seat of a bicycle, surely one of the best ways to see anything.

Great city bike tour with Bryan. Since the trains were not running we were late getting to Cork but Bryan so graciously waited for our group. We learned a lot of history about the area and we were blessed with gorgeous weather. Bryan is so easy going and it was a pleasure riding with him. I hope one day our paths cross again. We were also with another family that we just met and they were absolutely lovely. We had a good time with them. If you like to bike I highly recommend this tour. Thanks again Bryan😊🚴🚴Joann & Jeff
