If i could, i would give 10 stars. Sindi is a very lovely human and a great cook. We spent a special afternoon with great wine, food and entertainment and She went above and beyond to make our return trip safe... She went as far as printing the plane tickets for us and helping US paying a trafic ticket. Highly recommended if you want to taste real Albanian hospitality and food ofc Thank you again sindi, much much love ❣️

This class was definitely worth the money!! The host was super nice and helpful and offered so many recommendations of places to visit whilst you are in Albania. The food we made was delicious and was not too difficult to follow! Lovely atmosphere and lots of wine! Would definitely recommend!!

Sindi is a wonderful woman who really knew what she was talking about and over-all one of the kindest people we have met. She explained everything perfectly and made the class so enjoyable! We had an amazing time and the food turned out absolutely delicious. The atmosphere here was also very nice and calm which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend anyone to try this, it is such a fun memory to look back on!

Wonderful afternoon! Cindi is just the kindest woman and so helpful. The food was delicious and the cooking at a level, where everyone can participate. 4 hours well spended!

This was honestly the best excursion I have ever done abroad! Sindi was absolutely amazing and very friendly. She is very knowledgeable and a great cook (especially when me and my group were not) :) Everything was very clean and the ingredients, utensils, and table was beautifully set up for us when we arrived. She also had great recommendations about the city! All of the food was fresh and authentic to local cuisine, and my favorite raw ingredients were the goat cheese and homemade wine. I didn’t know what Albanian food was prior to this class, but after making it and trying it I fell in love! Sindi even gave out recipes so our group can make it at home! The class was a perfect mix of cooking, eating, and learning about Albanian culture. I would highly recommend taking this class especially with Sindi!!

Taking a cooking course in a foreign country is an amazing way to experience the culture it’s people their cuisine, and if your lucky your host mixes a wonderful eclectic group of funny & dynamic people together. Just like what Sindi did! We had a great time, ate and cooked delicious food, drank wine made from her father and laughed with our new friends from Holland and Canada. I’m so sorry they want me to create an account to leave my review. I don’t want to do that but this was what I wrote: Everything we cooked was delicious but best of all was Sindi! She is truly a delight. She has a great sense of humor -she made sure we had a truly great experience. We’ve done about 10 cooking classes around the world and this one was my favorite.

This experience is a gem. Sindi hosted us with great care and hospitality. We spend 4 hours cooking, drinking, chatting and laughing. The food was amazing. Sindi was very well prepared and very welcoming. 100% would recommend.

You should definitely check this out. It’s not just a cooking class, it’s an experience. The lady is very nice and she explains everything so good.

Great cooking class and the host was wonderful!! The food was beyond delicious and I highly recommend this class for anyone coming to Tirana :)

The instructions given were brilliant, and we were able to get involved without worrying about remembering everything perfectly since it was all provided to us digitally at the end (alongside a bunch of other recipes). We were in a group of four so there was plenty for each of us to do and lots to talk about. We drank wine as we cooked and followed our three courses (two savory and one sweet) with some traditional Raki. There was even some leftover food, which we took home to snack on through the evening! A great way to escape some bad weather and immerse yourself in the local culture.

Hi! Sindi was amazing and a great leader with our chaotic group! Was super fun learning from her and the food was great! Wine was on point and raki was certainly something! Would 100% recommend for anyone going to Tirana to try Albanian food outside just going to a restaurant! Kevin

We had a very enjoyable few hours cooking traditional Albanion dishes and would thoroughly recommend this cookery class. Sindi is a wonderful hostess and very knowlegeable about food and culture in Albania. It was a fantaxtic way to learn a bit more about life in Albania as well as tasting the food that we cooked.

I visited the cooking class as solo traveler in August 2023. Our course leader was Sindi. I think she is a warm hearted and supportive person: First of all I couldnt find the course place, but the citzens of Tirana helped me to make a call and she took time and found me and explained everything. The course took place at the house of her relatives and she cooked an appetizer, main meal and delicous cookies together with us and the group. During the class everything was well structured and prepared. She defenitely know how to do these meals and could help out on any difficulties. Also social difficulties with good homemade red wine 😄 We were in a small group consiting of couples and friends and the relaxing atmosphere offered the possibility for interesting conversation, also about the life the country. Although thats not all: On the day a relative of her got a baby. So we could celebrate the evening with some good rounds of Rakija and rating one of the delicouse food I ever had on traveling. Outside raining, cold and a thunderstorm, inside cozy and fun cooking of Albanian dishes. Great cooking class by chef Cindy, very tasty homemade Albanian wine and a great meal afterwards. Would happily recommend.

We stayed in Tirana for a few days and unfortunately it has always rained; looking for some indoor activities, we found this cooking class. It was an amazing experience, we had a great time cooking traditional Albanian dishes and we had a fantastic group of people to share it with. Sindi, the hostess, is a sweet, welcoming and extraordinary girl. I highly recommend it and if I were to return to Tirana, I will definitely return to find Sindi.
