Would give a million stars if I could. On such a beautiful trip to Italy, this was such a highlight. They were informative in teaching us new cooking skills. The finished food was absolutely delicious. We were treated like friends from the moment they picked us up. To end an amazing class, we had the pleasure of dining with the family at the table and enjoyed what had been made. We thank you from the bottom of our heart. You and the class were PERFECT!

This was the most perfect thing to do in Sorrento! Gianluigi picked us up and gave us a tour of their beautiful garden and farm, where they grow all their own produce which you harvest and then cook with. We then met Anna Maria in the wonderful outside kitchen overlooking the amazing garden and mountain view’s, with the scent of the herb garden nearby. She was warm and welcoming, sharing her experience and passion for traditional Italian cooking. We had the opportunity to make several traditional dishes and dessert, amongst them fresh ravioli from scratch. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a traditional cooking class in a beautiful setting with the most welcoming hosts you could wish for.

We were treated to a bespoke experience. The family were very welcoming and professional. The experience was amazing learning how to make pasta and an Italian chicken dish . All with organic herbs and vegetables from the garden.We got to eat all that we had helped prepare. We had tour of the gardens and shown how they prepare their own oils ,jams and lemon products. Highly recommend .

I booked this experience for my 19 year old daughter and myself. We had a brilliant time cooking local dishes with organic ingredients picked from the Villa’s garden. Chef Anna-Maria was so fun and kind to us. It was very relaxed with a great group of women. The chicken cacciatore was amazing, the best thing we have eaten on our trip. Don’t hesitate to book this trip, you won’t regret it!

I can’t recommend this class highly enough. From the very first moment you step into this stunning family villa, you are made to feel like you are part of the family. Nonna Anna Maria expertly leads you through this cooking class, with the help of different generations of her family. On arrival we were provided with a pizza rustica (one of the most delicious things I have tasted) and freshly squeezed lemon water and some limoncello to wet the whistle! Throughout the class there is unlimited white and red wine available - all helping to oil the cooking experience! For our meal, we made freshly made potato croquettes which were a delicious appetiser in the sun! Chicken Cacciatora, fresh egg pasta split between basically and ricotta ravioli - after learning how to make our own ricotta cheese - and also tagliatelle with a homemade tomato sauce. This meal was finished off with the most fresh lemon pana cotta. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough, proved to be a great value for money and a great end to our honeymoon and wouldn’t hesitate to go back if we were in the Sorrento area again. Thank you!

From start to finish this is an experience you do not want to miss! We loved the cooking class and meeting the entire family. Anna Maria was so informative and helpful. She immediately made each of us feel right at home at her villa. The food was outstanding, she made each of us our own recipe guide, certificates of completion, and individualized teaching of skills. We didn’t want the experience to end! Amazing time.

Our experience began with our driver collecting us at our hotel. He drove through sorrento and then Up through narrow winding streets past lemon groves up into the sorrento hills to the gorgeous villa and spectacular gardens where we were to cook. We arrived to a large well equipped kitchen where Anna Maria our chef was there to greet us. A glass of Prosecco to greet the occasion and then we began. The class was informative and full of practical tips for our success. We made pizza, ravioli filled with ricotta & lemon. Fettuccini. Stuffed Meat rolls in a tomato sauce and Pannacotta for desert We sampled home made lemoncello. Once all was cooked we sat down and dined on the fruits of our labour. Everything was delicious and we left feeling full and content. Overall the experience was a wonderful way to experience part of the sorrento culinary culture. I would highly recommend to all no matter your experience. Just go with an empty stomach! So much fun.

Just finished my cooking class at the Villa. It was amazing. I could have cried… La Nonna Annamaria was the best. We made Croquettes, Chicken Caciatorie, Ravioli, Lava Cakes… everyone participated and we enjoyed the feast!

I and my children (11 year old daughter and 9 year old son) had a great time and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Wholesome, authentic, heart-warming experience. A picturesque place with a very knowledgable chef, great recipes and very clear explanations tailored for the audience. The food was fantastic and we felt were were invited into the host’s home as guests of the family not just paying customers. Brilliant way to learn more about Italy, Italian food, and have a great time. Highly recommend l.

This was the best experience. Anna Marie was so delightful as our chef. She taught us so much. She has been a loxal of Sorrento for 40 plus years and she's so knowledgeable. Bernardo picked us ip and showed us tge dights on the way up the hill. The farm is a working farm and everything is grown for food. The food we made was outstanding. The best part was sitting on the patio after preparation and enjoying what we cooked. I would definitely recommend this tour.

From pick up to drop off this was an amazing experience. I booked it because it said small group of maybe 8. Well much to our surprise we were the only ones! Anna Maria welcomed us very warmly and started class. It felt more like cooking with a friend in their kitchen. I learned alot in the class. The difference between flours, the feel of the pasta dough, ect . AnnaMarria is an excellent teacher. Even when I screwed up, she jokingly reprimanded me like old friends would. I actually felt brave enough to make dough. We made ravioli, bread,eggplant parmesan and panna cotta, zucchini flowers . It was awesome. We then went to the gardens and picked the lemon, thyme, and basil for the recipes. And met the chickens who provided the eggs. After cooking we sat and ate on the terrace with Luigi and annaMaria. The food was delicious and unbelievable that we made it. It was truly a memorable day for us. I cant wait to try these dishes at home. Thank you for creating a lifetime memory.
