This was a very fun evening and the food was sooo yummy. Christiano made the experience super fun. You won’t find better views than this back yard. The whole experience really brought the whole group together and made it feel like you were with old friends.

This cooking class with Chef Cristiano and his Mom was fun. We received basics on making eggplant paramgian, gnocchi, and tiramasu in a beautiful location. A good time with a big group.

Christiano was fantastic thourouly enjoyed our class and the food was delicious!!!!!! Highly recommend it!!!!👍👍🥰🥰

Wow! What a night. Christiano (the ginger) and his family hosted us an a wonderful and unique night in the Sorrento coast. Right from the start he was engaging, funny and knowledgeable about the area and all things Itialian cooking and life. We went to his 3rd generation home on the coast with 30 people and learned how to cook tarimasu, gnocchi, and eggplant Parmigiana. The night was a total blast not only learning how to cook a family style Italian meal but being entertained by the ginger chef! (How he refers to himself)

Cristiano was a super chef. He gave us some really wonderful tips on the do’s & Donte’s of Italian cuisine. I purchased a tomato sauce grinder after being exposed to its versatility for tomatoes or potatoes. Very friendly family atmosphere on a beautiful piece of the Sorrento coastline. Amazing experience 💖

Very entertaining and food was delicious! Bring your appetite with you !! I cook a lot but still learned many important and impressive skills in preparation of Eggplant Parmesan, Gnocchi and tiramisu!

Christiano and his family were amazing hosts! Warm and friendly, and funny! We laughed so much and met great people from all over the world. The food was delicious and the evening was educational and so much fun. The view was wonderful as well.

Such a great experience at the cooking class! We had so much fun learning how to make local dishes, and the food turned out amazing! The class was very informative and interactive, and we were never bored. The option for a transfer to the class was also a great perk!

This class was great! I did it with my husband and 3 kids (ages 20, 18, annd 13) and we all loved it. Chef Christiano made it so fun and entertaining and the food was all absolutely delicious! I would highly recommend it.

Very easy and tasty cooking class experience with a beautiful view. Felt very welcomed by the multi-generational family that operates the cooking school experience. We made tiramisu, eggplant parmigiana and gnocchi. We also got to taste the family wine and Lemoncello. A very relaxing day.

Just wonderful cooking class with Christiano at his family home. Lots of great people from all over the world. Lots of great information about authentic Italian cooking and we enjoyed the delicious food at the end. We took the 5pm class and got to enjoy the amazing sunset over the sea. Highly recommend this!

Fantastic experience! We went with a group of friends in celebration of my husband's birthday (he wanted to do a cooking class for his actual bday). It was the five of us friends and another fun couple we hadn't known that joined in the class. Cristiano was such a fun and witty host, cook, and teacher. We had many laughs through the entire night. We especially enjoyed the nicknames/Italian names he gave us. Most importantly, he and his sister (Guiliana) made all the dishes seem possible for us to recreate at home. Their family home is beautiful and the view of Sorrento & Naples Bay was priceless. I love that they sent us the recipes for the dishes we created after the class, and they had explained the ingredients so we could just focus on the class without having to worry about taking notes. If we can recreate these dishes to taste even half as good as they did in class it will be a win-- the dishes were that delicious! 'Ginger' & 'Bruno' highly recommend this experience!!

Breathtaking views, felt like visiting family in this beautiful home we were welcomed in! We had a blast and lunch turned out delicious. I bought a bottle of olive oil and it’s one of the best purchases I made. I’m still enjoying it!! Lovely afternoon and my teenage son loved it, too.

Such a fun class! We had an amazing time, learned lots, and ate some great food. Cristiano was awesome, very personable, and made the experience very memorable. One of our favorite experiences on our trip! We came during low season and had only one other couple with us which was nice. We truly had an incredible time! Highly recommend!
