We took part in the sunset kayak with Steve our guide who could not have been more friendly and reassuring. The scenery and beaches are outstanding and Steve made sure we were going at a pace that was comfortable. I was a little nervous to start, however was instantly put at ease. This activity was the highlight of our week in Ireland. Can't wait to return.

A fantastic way to explore the scenery and wildlife of Connemara. The guide, Steve, was very informative and allowed us to move at our own pace.

We did the sunset kayaking and it was really lovely. We had no experience of kayaking and it was not difficult and we were not sore the next day.

The kayaking with Connemara Kayaking was wonderful. Our guide, Danny, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the sea creatures and wildlife in the area. We felt very safe with Danny and he kept us at the perfect pace with frequent breaks. Thanks Danny!

Danny was an amazing tour guide and this is exactly what we were looking for. We learned a lot and the location was beautiful.

My partner and I went sea kayaking. It was fantastic! My pictures aren't the best, as they were taken through a waterproof cover, but the weather and views made for such a peaceful experience. I can't remember the name of our instructor, but he was excellent. Really took his time in the pre 'getting into the water' instructions, paddled along at the right pace, and shared some knowledge on what we were seeing. I think we were on the water for around 2-2.5 hours in total. In terms of general facilities, parking at the Connemara Sands hotel was easy, and the kayaking 'centre' provided an area to change and lock away car keys etc.

A wonderful afternoon yet again kayaking along the Connemara coastline with Danny. Fabulous fun activity for groups of all ages, definitely recommend

Between the weather, the water and the guide, our two hours in the bay with Danny couldn’t have been better. This is a stunning part of Ireland to see by kayak.

The kayaking was fantastic, Danny our guide was fantastic and the scenery and experience also fantastic. Would definitely do again and recommend- we are a couple of 60+ novices and it was thrilling.

Such a great afternoon. A full adventure and great for adults and teens / kids alike. I could never have imagined that I would take to jumping off cliffs into the sea but it was a true highlight of our few days in Connemara.

Our group went Coasteering with Connemara Real Adventures. We all really enjoyed the experience, our guides were sound and the experience itself was unreal. I would not have done a lot of the jumps in a scenario without the guides but they make sure the spots they bring you to are safe and they provide you with advice about the safest way to approach the jumps. It's a pure thrill and would recommend this to anyone!!

We went rock climbing with Real Adventures Connemara. Calum was our instructor. He was excellent. Very professional and very encouraging. I took my two 8 year old kids for their first rock climbing experience and they LOVED it. One climbed to the top and one was more nervous but really enjoyed climbing to lower levels and abseiling back down. Can't wait to go back.

We did sea kayaking with Danny as our guide and it was fantastic. Our weather was beautiful which didn’t hurt, but we all enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommend this!

Danny and Dave were brilliant guides for our 2.5 hour kayak tour. Great instructors, felt really safe and looked after throughout. Highly recommend, can’t fault the experience and the scenery and beaches are out of this world. We even saw a seal. Brilliant day out.

We went coastseering. Such a great family activity along the shoreline of Connemara. Our guide was great and we felt well looked after with great knowledge of the shoreline. Some swimming, climbing and jumping which the kids loved but all at a level you were comfortable with.We will definitely do this activity again as a family.

A wonderful experience kayaking in the Atlantic Ocean. We were a group of adults and teens of mixed ability and Danny and Dave were great instructors, very patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend this - regardless of the weather!

We had the most amazing time Kayaking with Real Adventures. The guys were brilliant from explaining everything about Kayaking to their knowledge of the area, sealife, birds etc We stopped at one of the beaches for a swim & a walk. We met one of the local Seals while Kayaking which was great fun. It was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon & plan to do it when we visit again. Our kids (9 & 13) loved it.
