AVOID THIS TOUR COMPANY BECAUSE THEY NEVER SHOWED UP TO PICK U PICK AND AVAID THEIR AGENT TED BECAUSE HE'S A LIAR! This is a complete nightmare and waste of people's time. I booked a tour with their agent named Ted who turned out to be a complete liar! First, this Ted tried to sell me timeshare tours without saying that those are timeshare presentations but "an invitation to check out our property." After I declined and said I was only interested in activity tours, I booked a camel+atv combo with him for 4pm Friday. He asked me to wait at my hotel at 3:10pm. I was at my hotel lobby at 3:10pm and even sent messages to him on whatsapp. He said the pickup would be there "any minute" which never came! At 3:40pm after I had waited outdoor for 30 mins, he whatapped me and said the car had left, without any explanation. I was at the lobby the entire time, no car with a logo of Cactus Tour was ever there and no-one had ever called me. This Ted then fused to take up calls. I called the Cactus Tour multiple times and no one picked up the phone.

The tour was amazing! My cousins & i received so much help from our tour guide David Gomez! If you do this tour i definitely recommend him.

I give this 2 stars because my family never actually got to experience this activity (and we were really looking forward to it), but had a very unprofessional encounter with the tour operator. I think this is important to share to remind others that it is important to read through those 1-3 star reviews because they do happen, and it unexpectedly happened with our family. I will not say the whole story in detail, but we were not picked up at our hotel. Additionally, We were faulted for not being on time (pick up was 3:05 PM, we were already out at the lobby at 2:50 PM and on the lookout), for apparently not picking up the driver’s calls (my WhatsApp was open the whole time and I received no calls/ texts; also I was fully responsive with the tour operator so they could have notified me that the driver has arrived if they even did, but did not.) There was a bunch of excuses we had received for not being able to pick us up at our hotel, (despite having no problems with other drivers picking us up for our 2-3 activities the previous days). Word of advice: Be very verbal and triple check the pick up details (location, time, special requests; etc.) We would have loved to experience this, we were so excited. I hope the company improves this aspect. I’m sure the actual activity must be fun. Maybe next time.

Unforgetable Activity! Adrian was our tour guide for the camel and ATV. He was knowledgeable and he made our visit enjoyable.

Went on the combo ATV and camel rides with instructor Bruno and it was a 10/10 experience. Had a great time while feeling safe the whole time. Fun and memorable. 100% recommend.
