We did the waterfall, volcano hike and hot springs package. This was really great value for money with pick up and drop off from our elected accomodation. Not to mention we had a topical Costa Rican lunch included in our package which was so delicious and generous portions. The tour it’s self was great as we had charismatic tour guides Norrrland and Augusto making the journey fun. Great way to explore La Fortuna / Arenal.

The staff were great Augustine, Nei and Norland were very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Pro tip wear some kind of water/hiking shoes like Keenes. The rocks are slippery and we were glad to have shoes that can get wet yet dry quickly for walking. Bring lots of cold water!!

What an awesome day. Super well organised. The guides have so much fun and energy. The waterfall is beautiful for swimming, there is a natural side pool for less able/non swimmers. The hike was not super challenging but you would struggle with the day if you are not used to hill walking. Viewpoint was great and we saw some birds, snakes and sloths along the way. The day ended with the roadside free hot springs. Perfect. Thank you. Pura Vida

I couldn’t rate the organisation, communication, guides, food and value for money more highly. We did the Waterfall, volcano hike and hot springs with guides Augustine and Randle. From the first minute to the last they were full of energy, knowledgeable and funny without being over bearing!! Augustine was outstanding at spotting wildlife on the hike - anteater, toucan, sloth and more. The trip was well paced with everyone getting the chance to see the wildlife and ask questions. Brilliant day out for us and the kids. Highly recommend this company and trip to visitors.

This tour was excellent. A long day and the hiking is of moderate difficulty, but well worth it. Our primary guide, Augustine, was fantastic. He kept any downtime between adventures fun and informative. Would absolutely recommend.

Jungle Tours put together such an amazing day! Augusto Rodrigues sold us a great vision and it was very true. Everything was so well organised and we felt very looked after. Joey led the first half of the tour and was super informative. Marvin and Neyfrin led the second half for the hanging bridges and hot springs and gave us lots of chances to look at animals etc. They w were super friendly and spoke great English. I would 100% recommended this tour to anybody. From start (finding and paying) to drop off at the end of the day it was great service. 10/10!

This was the best tour! Our entire day was a blast and I met so many new friends. The day was planned well - waterfall hike and swim, hike to the volcano, lunch, and ending in a natural hot springs soak, which was purely magical. Our guide, Issac, was the best - I highly recommend.

Norrrrrrlan was so much fun as a tour guide! He kept us laughing with his amazing personality and not to mention was so knowledgeable in both languages, it was extremely impressive! Be prepared to hiiiike and be tired at the end of the tour. Overall such a fun experience. Our guide was Norrrrrlan was seriously so great!

It’s not a bad tour, you see some cool things, but there’s also a lot of standing around and waiting. The issue is they try to run all of the combinations simultaneously and the whole day your waiting for other people, picking up other people, waiting for other groups to arrive, changing buses, changing guides, etc. We had to stop at the office twice during the day for the guide to get something. I would have also preferred on the volcano hike to have more time at the lava field and maybe wait a few minutes and see if the clouds would clear so we could see the volcano top. Instead we left after 10 minutes. This was after stopping many times in the hike for the guide to tell stories and make jokes.

Tour was great from the beginning. Augustino our guide was pleasant and informative. Waterfalls first was good as it was getting busy when we left. Hike was wonderful, found some wildlife and the view at the top was spectacular. Lunch was good, and the hot spring river was really neat to see. All in all the whole day was well organized and staff was amazing

This was the best day I've had in a very long time! I can't stop smiling. Sergio, our guide, is very knowledgeable. He relates the history, culture, and customs of this beautiful country with fun! He is extremely attentive that everyone is having fun and not left behind since there are a few places on the hikes where it's a bit tough.

Definitely book this one if you want to see a lot in a couple hours! Wesler was an excellent tour guide!! He went out of his way to ensure we saw not one sloth but two, and even made the hot springs a lot of fun with the mud mask and drinks! The walk up to the volcano viewpoint is a bit challenging. Wesler ensured I felt comfortable along the way and was extremely patient. Make sure you bring comfortable shoes and take your time to really see everything. It was a great experience, my calfs are still burning haha!

Best day spent in costa rica by far from my seven day trip. La fortuna was our second out of 4 stops and by far the best one.

Amazing tour! It was easy to book, they arrived on time, and our guides were so kind and enthusiastic. They also provided lunch and had options for different dietary needs - my friend and I were able to get the vegetarian lunch option which was amazing. We were super happy with this tour, it was an amazing deal for the price and we will be booking more tours with this company while we are in La fortuna!

This was an AMAZING tour! Our guides Norlan and driver Don Pedro were both excellent. Fun, friendly, very informative and the scenery was spectacular. The tour tour itself was extremely well organized and well worth the money. We came during the tail end of the rainy season, so it was a little muddy. For us, it just added to the flavor of the experience. Would absolutely recommend!
