Although the experience was nice, there were a few issues that need some thought. We went to four falls with about 20 minutes to explore. That’s definitely NOT enough time to climb to the tops of those and then have time to peruse the gift shop, use the restrooms if need be and maybe grab a coffee, especially if you have elderly, disabled, or hefty patrons. Now, is that the fault of the company’s? No. Is it something that should be considered? Yes. That was quite a bit of money to not be able to spend the appropriate amount of time to explore. Having said that, Mel was full of knowledge about the area, which helped bring the tour to life. She may want to work on her communication delivery. Often times she was a touch on the snotty side and it was off-putting.

It was my wifes 60th birthday and she was very happy to receive this tour for a present.By far the greatest tour we have experienced. The guide was excellent,professional, and very informative. The ride through the gorge was marvelous with spectacular views.

Our guide, Eric, holds a wealth of Portland information in his mind ,ready to share in an entertaining way! When my husband stumped Eric with a question, he responded that he would look up and share the answer upon our return to the van. We were never rushed from one sight to another. This was a super way to spend a morning !

Mel was our guide, and she created a memorable experience for our group of three. Throughout our four-hour tour, she offered a wealth of knowledge about the waterfalls and the entire Oregon area. Our group was efficient, so we were able to bonus up on sights, over six amazing waterfalls in all. Overall, an excellent tour made exceptional due to our exceptional guide.

I had a great time, and I was worried about going solo but it was a great experience and the host David made me feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful tour guide (Dave) who answered our million questions and provided lots of really interesting info about the area. The tour hit all the top spots but Dave took us in such an order that none of the stops were too crowded. We had to rebook our tour to a different time and the office staff we talked to were very accommodating and happy to help. Overall really great experience with Wildwood Tours!

The guide was very knowledgeable and engaging. As a professional tour guide I thought the tour was top of the line. The spots for photos are truly gorgeous!! Just be sure to wear shoes you can do a little hiking in, and a fully charged phone. 10/10

Lovely waterfall filled trip with Mel from Wildwood Tours in Portland. Great narration, helpful trips, plenty of patience and a cheery attitude. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time as Mel, our guide, drove us from waterfall to waterfall on the Oregon side of the Columbia River Gorge. These were beautiful and each had its own unique beauty.

Seeing the Columbia River and all the waterfalls. Mel was great and made the tour really enjoyable. She was a good driver and got us back right on time.

Mel was so informative about the area and how a forest fire had destroyed the trees and made a big impact on the environment. I was delayed getting to the meeting place because of a drawbridge and Mel told our group all about the different bridges in the city, how they worked and the story behind them. Fascinating.

We had the pleasure of having Dave as our guide. He was knowledgeable, pleasant, friendly, friendly, and accommodating. Dave made great use of the time we had taking us to very scenic and historical places and waterfalls. Highly recommend! The van was comfortable and easy to enter and exit.

Dominique was a fantastic guide! She was knowledgeable and fun. The pace was great - not too rushed. The tour was well worth the money overall!

Seeing the Latourell Falls, Shepherds Dell Falls, and Multunomah Falls. These were absolutely beautiful and breath taking! Also, our tour guide, Chuck, was knowledgeable, fun, and kind!

Eric our tour guide was great. The tour was well coordinated and comfortably paced. We were not rushed anywhere. Eric gave us insights into the history of the places we visited that brought the tour alive. Highly recommend.
