On this tour we will explore the most delicious local foods, we will only visit the vendors known by locals and who still do traditional and special recipes as they were passed from generation to generation.
We'll start our food with some fresh sea food that most travelers don't know is a big thing in Sri Lanka. We'll continue with a vegetarian treat and mix it up with a combo of delicious curry with rice.
We'll take a break for a cup of traditional Sri Lankan tea and move forward to taste the famous Sri Lankan Hoppers, a range of dishes based on a fermented batter, usually made of rice flour and coconut milk with spices.
We'll then continue with some yummy samosas and Sri Lankan Kottu. The kottu is a spicy stir-fry of roti with vegetable. The traditional salad called Achcharu won't miss from our food itinerary.
And of course, we'll finish off with some traditional sweet and a refreshing fruit juice.
