We had such a fun time! Dinuka was prompt in picking us up from our hotel and kept us entertained for the whole tour. He was a wealth of knowledge and engaged our two teens throughout the entire tour. We very much enjoyed the local food that we ate, and all the tour locations were exactly what we hoped to see. I definitely recommend booking Dinuka’s tour!

We would highly recommend Dinuka as your tuk tuk tour guide. He is very professional and knowledgeable and attentive. Though it was a public holiday, there was less traffic but we were able to see a lot of interesting sights with less people. A good experience and value.

This is our second visit to Columbo and second time touring with Dinka of Columbo Bay Tuk Tuk City Tours. Dinka leads a great tour (we were a caravan of 4 tuk tuks) and makes sure that everyone sees the major sights in the city. He took us to an authentic restaurant for lunch, introduced us to Sri Lankan specialty ice cream, Pani Cadju and then brought us to a tea shop for the tea experience. Excellent day! Highly recommended!!

Dinuka was a great guide, navigating the city expertly (even in some of the craziest traffic). We enjoyed so much hearing and seeing some of the history of Colombo thru his eyes! He took us to a few temples, the old town hall, an amazing vegetable market, and several other places - but just viewing the city from his Tuk Tuk was one of our favorite parts. Just as it said it would be. We were met on time and where we were instructed to. Very friendly, organised team of drivers, provided good information and a wide range of Temples, Mosques and Buddhas to visit as well as a market and tea shop. The meal provided was interesting and tasty, but not enough diet drink available. My driver ensured I had plenty of water and even shared a pepper sandwich- excellent day.

Mr Dinuka was friendly, thoughtful and generous with his time. He made us like we were on tour with a friend than a guide. He is definitely someone you should engage if you want to know and see the real Colombo.

This was a fantastic way to see the city of Colombo. Dinuka our guide was really knowledgable and showed us around so many places. Our children were aged 9 and 10 loved the experience. The street food stop off was brilliant who knew egg hoppers could be so tasty. Even though we ended up with a rain storm Dinuka had umbrellas at the ready. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing experience with Dinuka last week exploring Colombo on Tuk Tuk. It was so much fun for us and our son to take a ride and see so many beautiful things there. We had only a day layover in Sri Lanka and that tour was perfect ! The ride was fun and safe. We explored architecture, culture, food, temples, local streets , local markets and people and learned so much. We highly recommend this guide and Dinuka.

My driver Dinuka arrived at my hotel on time and he was very knowledgeable about all the history of Colombo, including its temples and historic architecture. He constantly checked if I was OK in the heat and the pace of out site seeing. I highly recommend him if you want a fantasice guide in Colombo. 5*

Booking this tour was really easy. Dinuka is such a nice guy and super friendly. He met us at the Colombo cruise port. There were four tuk tuk’s in convoy. Everything was really organised. The city tour was excellent. Driving round the street was such a buzz. We saw lots of sights along the way stopping at various points, even stopping for an ice cream. All in all a great tour with a really nice guide.

We had a fabulous Tuk Tuk tour with Dinuka. Loved the vegetable market he tailored it to suit us and looked after us really well. We would heartily recommend taking this tuk tuk tour.

Dinuka was a great driver and tour guide. He was very nice at all times, and we felt that the tour was a good balance between learning a lot about Sri Lanka but also just enjoy the ride and the views in the city and monuments visited.

We wanted an introduction to Colombo before we joined a G Adventures trip the following day. Danuka and his tuk-tuk tour of Colombo fitted the bill perfectly. A prompt pick up from our hotel, then great navigation and knowledge of his town plus a lovely lunch at the end of the tour provided an entertaining morning. Danuka was then happy to drop us back to the mall for some shopping. Thoroughly recommend.

The tour by tuk-tuk around Colombo with Dinuka was a great and authentic way to explore the city and see its past and present, get acquainted with its religious treasures, experience the hustle and bustle of the market, try delicious, not too spicy (!), rice and curry, and have a tea tasting in the end of the journey.
