We used TaxiGo twice whilst in Sri Lanka. The first trip was from our hotel in Kalatura to Colombo. The driver was on time, friendly and very safe. Because they were so good we booked them again for our second trip from Colombo to the airport. Again, the driver was on time and very safe driving. We really liked the communication - once booked we got a WhatsApp confirming, then shortly after details of our driver and those car. The driver then also messaged us. A really great service that we’d strongly recommend.

Used TaxiGo last week for airport transfers from CMB Airport to Anantara Kalutara Resort and back. Francis was very helpful and communicating with him was a breeze! He arranged for the pick up from the airport and had given clear cut instructions, which ensured everything was very swift. Our driver, Thushara was amazing! Punctual and very helpful. I wanted to stop for 1-2 errands on the way and he was patient and took us to the right shops. Clean & comfortable car with very good air-conditioning. He also picked us up from the resort few days later and dropped us back to CMB airport. Overall, a superb experience and would highly recommend this company & especially Thushara! :)

Arranged two rides from the airport and back a week later from a second location prior to leaving for the trip. The ease and communication was really impressive and very fair rates that was significantly better than the hotels quoted us. The driver was prompt, polite and the car was very clean. We did three transports with Taxi Go - each of them was very good. They were always on time and very friendly. The quality of the cars was also good. The communication in advance was great! Francis sends you a whats app with confirmation and driver information and you get the chance to write with the driver directly! We definitely recommend taxi go!

I used this taxi service when arriving to Sri Lanka for pick up from Colombo airport. As I was travelling solo safety was very important to me. Francis was courteous and made me feel very confident when arranging the pick up. The driver Rana was fantastic. Overall the prices were very reasonable and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

My wife and I gave just returned from an excellent trip to Sri Lanka and Taxigo's service very much helped to make it so. I contacted Taxigo before setting off on our trip and recieved a very prompt reply from Francis providing all the information I needed to book my journeys. We booked pickup from CMB to our hotel in Colombo then transfer to Unawatuna a few days later. We also arranged the return trip to Colombo and then again from there to CMB the next day. We were kept informed by Francis by WhatsApp and all pickups were on time and fares were always as quoted. Francis was actually our driver for all the journeys and was brilliant. He did everything to make the journeys comfortable and smooth providing water and ensuring the a/c was just right. Francis was also very knowledgeable and we had interesting and helpful conversations along the way making the journeys very pleasant. We hope to return to Sri Lanka again in future and would look no further than using Taxigo's service again. Indeed we would like to use them for touring as well as airport pick up etc. I am sure they would be excellent. I have no reservations in recommending Taxigo and in giving them a maximum rating.
