We where planned to do a Balloon safari over Tarangire. We felt immediately that Miracle Experience was a serious company, starting from the brief the night before the planned Balloon safari. We where well informed and they picked us up for a very comfortable and exiting transfer to the starting point. Unfortunately the weather wasn't with us and we needed to cancel the trip. The company handled this in a very professional way and really showed that "safety first" isn't jus a slogan. They insisted to bring us to the starting point where everything was arranged and lined up. That helped us to understand how and why the decision to cancel was taken. We later on got the refund without any discussions or delays. That even do they had a least 10 persons working on that morning to prepare for the trip. Something that could have been a huge disappointment now turned into something very acceptable and professional. Kudos to the company and the team! We will back for another attempt!

Wow, just wow!!! Our experience started the night before with our guide Thomas who came through to brief us at our camp in Kimarishe. On the flight day, our day started off early with a 4am pick up, which ended up being a lovely night game drive building up to our balloon safari. We had some lovely tea and coffee at the reception area and then proceeded to the launch site. From the moment we arrived at the launch site, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. The crew greeted us with warm smiles and expertly guided us through the pre-flight preparations, ensuring our safety while imparting a sense of adventure. Once we boarded the balloon, the take-off was seamless and gentle, then the adventure began! Throughout the journey, our pilot was a skilled navigator and a knowledgeable guide showing us all the magic that Serengeti had to offer. The sunrise added magic to the whole experience with Serengeti plains really showing off! This experience was short of magical! Our pilot landed safely, and we celebrated with some champagne. We proceeded to the most amazing breakfast set up in the bush ever. Everything is well put together and the crew went the extra mile. And did I mention that they have a loo with a view?! If you have the opportunity to embark on a hot air balloon safari in the Serengeti with Miracle Experiences, seize it—it's an adventure you'll cherish for a lifetime!!

The briefing done by Baraka was absolutely perfect and left mesmerising ideas to my mind...the next morning he drove us, such a relaxing drive while spotting some animals. Onto the flying site we met the Jonas, the pilot, composed and quite a sightful👨‍✈️, made the ride easy and simple...and not to forget the calm landing. The bush breakfast was superb😋, can't recommend any other, truly as they are named, it was a Miracle.

This balloon experience was out of this world! Rosa our pilot was so enthused to share the magic she feels every day. She is the ultimate professional keeping the passenger safety as the priority with an easy to understand briefing. He keen eyes could see the animals long before the passengers. Her perfect landing put us right at the the road. Upon popping the traditional champagne cork, she explained the history behind the ritual. We all enjoyed a fine breakfast then were taken the short drive to meet our safari group. Highly recommended when visiting the Serengeti.

Beautiful sunrise views of the Serengeti landscape. Our skillful and knowledgeable Captain Jones pointed out a large variety of wildlife. We even saw 2 large male lions. Everything was very safe and the landing was expertly executed. Definitely recommend this awesome experience.

Wow! Just wow! Jones was our pilot and he was excellent!!! So easy going! He was a master at piloting all aspects of our flight. He saw animals so far off in the distance and made sure we got as close to them as possible. Worth every penny!! We saw wildebeest, zebra, lions, giraffe, water bucks, cape buffalo, topi, impala and hartebeest. Epic!

We had the most spectacular balloon ride today. Captain Jones was our pilot and he was awesome! He navigated us perfectly, pointing out lions, lionesses, zebras, giraffes, wildebeest, cape buffalo and so much more! We were especially impressed with his outstanding piloting skills, landing gently, right next to the road for pickup. Best balloon ride we’ve ever had!! Also, all the staff, breakfast meal and breakfast entertainment were superb! We had a very timely pickup at our camp, Dancing Duma Luxury Tented Safari Camp and our driver, Kijo, spotted a leopard as we were driving to the airstrip, allowing us to get amazing photographs of the leopard as well as 2 lionesses walking down the road, hyenas and a jackal.

This is the third balloon ride for my wife and I. The first was an amazing ride over the Napa Valley, California. The second was an incredible ride over the Valley of the Kings, Luxor Egypt. Today’s ride over the Serengeti with the very skilled Captain Jones was by far the most epic experience so far. The staff was very professional and courteous and we appreciated Captain Jones’s thorough safety briefing. The Captain was able to spot and identify the many many animals we saw during the ride. To see the vastness of the Serengeti from a balloon is hard to put into words but It truly was an epic and peaceful experience. Captain Jones ended the ride with a perfect textbook landing with the basket coming to rest ten feet from the edge of the road where the chase vehicles driving up to take us to breakfast. If you’re in the Serengeti this is a must do!

We were on a photo safari so this seemed like a logical extension. The entire experience was 100% first rate and we felt completely safe the entire time. The views were breathtaking and we got to see where we had been driving around in Serengeti NP from an entirely different vantage point. I couldn't recommend it more highly. We were able to stay up for almost the maximum possible time and experienced a perfect touchdown. Kudos to the Captain and the entire organization.

It was amazing experience ever in my life , our pilot Rosa parera was very friendly always asking us if we needs some coffee or water. The pilot has a good experience with serengeti park, animals and everything. Also our safari driver Gabriel was amazing he tried to saw as a leopard on the way ,very knowledgeable guide. We had a heavy breakfast after balloon safaris. All Miracle teams are excellent. Thank you so much .

this was a surprise stop for us from our tour agents, we didn't actually go on the miracle experience balloon but stopped for lunch, where we had the most amazing food - and so much of it, fruit stir fried vegetables , potato's , rice and lots more, the staff were fantastic, chatty , friendly, interactive, we had a fantastic stop even the room with a view was amazing, we cannot put our appreciation into words, thoroughly recommended
