Excellent ride from port to Rome. However, there was no mention that the drop off for Termini Station was two blocks away from the actual station. This should be on the website info prior to booking. Also, directions should be given on which way to walk to Termini Station when disembarking the bus.

Very easy to find the bud meet up area and the ride was fast and reliable

Trip was fine and better than struggling with luggage on the train. Only downside was we couldn't connect to the bus wifi as the code they tried to send kept failing.

Problem that the driver didn't leave at Termini station (his stop was a 15-minute walk away with luggage) and didn't give an explanation

Pickup at Civitavecchia Port was simple. However, the bus was 40-min late departing, as I would guess the transportation company was trying to fill seats. Between traffic and an unexpected 10-min stop to disembark passengers at the Vatican, arrival at the train station was an hour-and-a-half later than expected (~12:00 instead of ~10:30), leaving us barely 10-min to catch our train.
