Chose another buscompany. Long waiting between the buses. Diffucult to hear the guidning in the earpod, if the radio worked....

Booked it on line, simply arrived at one of the stops and showed the emailed QR code. We were pleasantly greeted, presented with the tickets and the headsets and off we went, easy. Bus was only partly full and comfortable. Take a hat if it's sunny! A brilliant way to get your bearings on many of the sights and well recommended.

This was a very poor experience and not one we would recommend. Ur really did such an insignificant part of city for moments. Too many stops. Most of the head phone jacks up top didn’t work so we couldn’t even sit together

After so much walking we were able to go around the city while sitting comfortably on the top deck. We were also able to get off at different areas and hop back on to continue.

Perfect for starting out the day. Take a spin once thought the circuit to get an understanding of where everything is and jump off when you are ready to go. We didn't get back on once we disembarked.

My husband and I checked out this hop on hop off bus tour to see all the highlights of the city and it was amazing! Super easy to get on and off at each of the landmarks, buses came frequently and easy to track through the app. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting to see all that Rome has to offer!

This hop on/hop off was the best! we got to choose, which dots to jump off and or jump on, and it gave a great review of the city

Great way to see many of the major sites in Roma. Just have patience as at times the pick up stops are very busy and a bit chaotic but even with that a must do on arrival to get a feel for the city

Decent busses. Good audio, reasonable route. While there could always be more I thought the number of stops adequate, though a little more coverage city wise would have gotten 5 stars.

Purchased a one day pass. Was a great way to get a general feel for the city and then walked to visit the specific places of interest. There are various companies offering the same product but this one was good because it never had lines. Also, this one had a cover on the rooftop that kept you from getting too hot.

Long waiting times at several stops. Head phones not working properly. The actual route was good although part doubled back.

Do NOT use this as your site seeing tour!! Purchased the ticket and was told every 15 minutes there will be a bus. This is NOT the case. We waited 45 minutes where the reps were blaming traffic (the reps were lovely!) However in between this long, unexpected wait 7-8 other site seeing companies passed us. We purchased our ticket at 9:30 and now it is 11am where we are currently stuck on the bus, pulled over for another 20 minutes. Definitely a waste of time, waste of a day and money so far.

Too crowed and very slow. More like hop on, hop off and wait more than an hour to hop back on. Not worth the money.

Touching World History with a knowledgeable tour guide. A lot of people AND a lot of uneven walking up & down hills.

An ok tour, took you to the sites but the radio and headphones didn’t work on a lot of the seats, the commentary did not always match up to the sites either

Very convenient. Easy to access. Used as transportation around the city. The busses were prompt. Glad we did it.

Some city's lend themselves to really good bus tours, sadly Rome doesn't. Most of the really good sights are not in view. You get to see the colosseum, circus maximus and a few others but not great views of them to be honest. Rome is one of those cities that you have to walk to discover properly. Queues to get on Buses for all companies tend to be in the same place, resulting in a bun fight between companies at each stop, as busses and customers jockey for space. Progress so slow in places, we contemplated getting off and walking. Audio is automated and AI recorded. Details sketchy and difficult to understand. One to avoid.

It makes the rounds but the traffic is so bad it's slow moving. Good if you want an overall tour of Rome.

We always book hop on hop off bus trips on the first day of our visit to new cities. We ride the entire loop and decide what sites we’d like to visit. Get an idea of how to get around the city. This experience was a disappointment. We had to change seats many times , looking for a speaker that worked. The narrative was limited. Most of the time was just music. We passed many areas where information would have been appreciated. BEWARE - most tickets are valid for 24 hrs, this city trip is valid for1 day! Makes a big difference if you’re not getting on the bus until afternoon.
