Excellent way to see the city with opportunities to get off and visit desired locations. Everyone was friendly and helpful, audio worked in our language, and was very informative.

It was a good way to get acquainted with the lovely city of Cádiz. Sitting on the upper level was a bit dangerous as I got hit with a tree branch 3 times. The first time I got hit I was grateful for wearing glasses. They need to monitor the tree branches and get them trimmed!

Decided at the last minute to catch the hop-on-hop-off Cadiz bus tour. The lady who sold the tickets was very helpful with all the information and most importantly our dog was allowed to join us! Lovely weather and not too crowded and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour around lovely Cadiz!

My family and I had a shore day from a Cruise in Cadiz with no plans, so I grabbed us some tickets for the Hop-on Hop-off bus just to get around town. The first bus we got on had an audio issue, but the staff were very accommodating and had a new empty bus meet us at the second stop to move everyone over. From there it was easy going. There's only one route and busses come frequently. It hits a nice mix of historical sites, commercial areas, and parks and is easy to navigate. There are different packages you can purchase through the website or app that include different attractions, so I recommend buying a ticket in advance rather than going for the more expensive packages sold be default around town. There were two stops very near the cruise port terminal, so it made for a very convenient way of getting around town during a short visit.

Nice tour that lasts about an hour and 15 minutes. A lot of dead time between narratives that could expand on some of the history that was just touched upon. Biggest issue was headphones not working. Ourselves and others changed seats multiple times looking for working ear plugins. I would recommend this tour.

Nobody told us when we handed over our fifty euros (25each) that only some of the plug in audio points were working. The buses were packed so no option to move seats. The driver made a big show of not being aware when informed, strangely enough it was the same on another bus. The sights are nice, no idea what we were looking at mind. No refund offered, clearly a company more interested in profit over customer satisfaction.

We enjoyed this hop on hop off tour. The route gives a good overview of the city, which itself has many beautiful things to see. The bus was reasonably clean, unlike in Malaga where it was absolutely filthy.

Good way to see this beautiful city. Took route around the city, got off at sites we wanted to see next time around. Easy access, not far from port.

Nice short overview of the city. Lines were long though. The sun was brutal and it was extremely windy. Wear your sunscreen.

Cadiz is small enough that most able bodied people can walk from one side of town to the other. The bus takes a nice tour of the perimeter, which is beautiful, but doesn't take long since the city is small. The streets are too narrow for the bus to travel through the interior. All said, it's not a very long trip and can be accomplished in about 45 minutes.

Booking this trip from Spain via my mobile app was extremely slow and as a result I erroneous ended up paying twice. I stupidly thought i could sort the problem out on my return home. I did not want to deal with it while on holiday with my small son at my side. Apparenly, you have to deal with the issue within 1 hour otherwise no refund is payable. VIATOR ACCEPT I COULDNT CLONE MYSELF AND USE BOTH TICKETS AT THE SAME TIME AND ACCEPT ONE TICKET HAS NOT BEEN USED. NO REFUND IS DUE BECAUSE I WAITED TO GET HOME TO DEAL WITH THE ISSUE. Be careful booking with this company!!!!!! ps Marino on customer services was also extremely unhelpful and arrogant even stating that my error and failure to react inside the hour had obvious consequences.

Easy to get to from the cruise terminal , there are ticket sellers on exit , €25 each. Didn’t have a long wait . There are full open top buses as well as covered ones . We did a full circuit and next time around got off and back on at the cathedral stop . You get ear phones which give a commentary ( lots of languages) as the bus does the circuit . Normally we would have just walked around as the cathedral etc was not far but an injury put paid to that so the bus was a God send !

It was a lovely day for a bus tour. I was on the upper deck and tried to get off at a stop but the bus driver didn't wait for me. Overall a nice trip

The route is excellent. There should be a time table/schedule on each bus stop. This would help us mange the time better. We visited during a really hot day in Cadiz. There is no cover on the upper deck of the bus and no air conditioning in the lower level. It is uncomfortable.

The actual tour was very good. Be aware that if you are on a cruise ship and there is other ships are in port that day. The line is long,you want to go early and get on the first few buses. They had 6 bus. We arrived at 11:00 am with a long line, many of the bus where full, people where not getting off until them went around at least twice. The Representative there did her best by calling to see if they could get more bus. We did finally get on. They should give people who purchased the tickets in advance top priority. Our representative on the bus did not give you any information.

Easy process to book on line and use on bus. Always find this a good way to learn about a new city. Really enjoyed Cadiz, fortunate to be there at the start of Holy Week, real bonus.

While on a two week long cruise, this is the only port that we did the hop-on hop-off bus. We're glad we did. It was very relaxing after walking around the old town area. The headphones worked well and provided a nice commentary of the buildings and area we passed. We did one full loop, getting off just once. We got some of our best photos of Cadiz from the top deck. Note, there are two bus stops at the port. If you are not going to get on the bus right away, at least get a map so you'll know where to catch the bus later.

Waiting for half an hour at a stop without explanation. Buses cancelled in afternoon on Fiesta days but this was not flagged up to use when we purchased them. So we missed out on 50% of our purchased ticket time.
