Well organised from start to finish, our guide Luca was very friendly and helpful. The morning was spent at Sachsenhausen and we then continued on to Potsdam, where we saw the main sights and had plenty of free time to explore before making our way back to the drop off point

I do travel a lot and Richard mighty be the most professional and knowledge guide I have ever had. Sachsenhausen is a must visit and Potsdam was a nice bonus!

Our wonderful guide, Walid was so informative and entertaining and really brought history to light. The concentration camp was interesting in that it gave a good insight into the living conditions and horrors of the holocaust. We enjoyed our hike around Potsdam’s beautiful grounds. It was a long day, but a good one.

Spanish/English speaking guides. Our English speaking Guide Mathias was a fountain of knowledge both historically and politically. The issue was that most of the tour was in Spanish at least 70% during the one hour transportation by bus from Berlin and one hour back. Our "English" guide was Italian with a very heavy accent which at times was difficult to understand. I would suggest to everyone do not choose a multi speaking experience, choose English only or Spanish only.

Seeing and learning about Sachsenhausen. It is a very well set up site with lots of information. Excellent layout.

Guide was a highly professional and knowledgeable. Meeting point was not so clear and we had to waisted some time to find the group. After all - this trip was oversold and we did not have sits in the bus . The company solved the issue, we had a great time

Thought to be a tour in small group. Our group was composed of 27 people, and was conducted more in English than in Spanish. Meeting point in Alexanderplatz was not clear as guides did not have a uniform nor an umbrella. Our Guide, Jonas was very nice and friendly, but communication with tourists was minimal. I would not recommend at all

Although Trip Advisor advertised the tour as permitting one person, the tour company prohibited single participation unless I paid for two people. VERY DISAPPOINTING

Last minute Bad weather caused us to cancel. We requested a refund and customer service rejected our claim stating that our tour guide marked us present when we did not attend.

This tour was probably the highlight of my Berlin trip! I learned so much from our guide, Richard, and we covered a lot of ground for one day. I learned many things I didn’t know before about Potsdam and Sachsenhausen and about WWII and concentration camps in Germany. The tour was really informative and cost effective considering how much we covered. I definitely recommend this tour if you want a more comprehensive detailed tour on WWII Germany.
