We hade a private tour with Manual our driver for the day to Cinque Terre. Every second was amazing. He was knowledgeable about everything from the places we visited, to amazing mom/pop local restaurant for lunch, spots for our family photos, and kept us feeling safe with his driving in super tight and whiny roads. Claudio was our guide for the day was a great driver on the narrow roads we traveled on once we got off the highway. He was there to meet our needs and asked what we wanted to see/accomplish that day. We had the option to see the villages from a ferry (but they weren't running that day due to high winds), travel between the villages by train or he'd take us to three of the villages, give us time to explore and wait on us. We opted for the last and were very happy with our decision. Highly recommend this trip.

Alessio was great. Very knowledgable and tailored the day perfectly to fit with the weather and what we wanted. Lunch was superb and it’s hard to see what could have been better. Cinque a terre is well worth a visit.

We had an amazing day with private air conditioned vehicle and very informative and kind driver named Alessio. Saw 3 cinque terra villages and leaning tower from cruise port in livorno in about 8 hours including a long lunch.

Claudio was super attentive and knowledgeable. Prompt pick up at the port of Laverno as scheduled and at our last stop in Monterosa. Their company had excellent communication and promptly answered questions via email prior to the tour.

The Cinque Terre area is did not disappoint! There was picturesque scenery everywhere you look and was even more beautiful than I imagined it would be. Claudio did a fantastic job driving and explaining sights throughout the drive. It was a private tour so we were able to customize the day exactly how we wanted! We stopped by Pisa for a quick picture and then visited Manarola (our favorite) , then took a water ferry to Monterosso, and were picked up there and driven to Riomaggiore and back to the port. I definitely recommend using this tour company!

The entire day was memorable. It started off with promptly meeting our guide, Diego, at the Livorno cruise port. We didn't have to worry about finding him at all. His English was excellent and took us on our adventure to visit Cinque Terre. His van was clean and comfortable and most importantly talkative, funny and very informative. The visit to 3 of the 5 villages (Monterosso, Vernazza and Manarola) were unbelievable and the views were spectacular. We had lunch in Vernazza which couldn't have been more perfect. Normally you can go between the villages easily by ferry, but due to the choppy seas that day the ferry was not operating. No issue though, Diego drove us and ensured we had a great tour. Please note, this is not a guided tour, most of it is done on your own. Your driver will share ample information with you so that you get the most of your day. We have to give a huge shout out to Diego, he was THE BEST!!! Hands down best guide ever and would recommend him any day. Thank you again Diego for an unforgettable day, you are amazing!!!

Pickup was smooth. Driving was great with Manuel. Customized the tour as we went thru our day so could prioritize what we wanted to do. Got us back safely in time and added on Pisa because we had time. Driving in Vernazza takes skill too.

We were on a Mediterranean Cruise and stopped at Livorno late in the trip. After nearly ten excursions at other locations we were not looking forward to another tour bus with 45 strangers during a heat wave. Claudio picked us up within 100ft of our disembarking location and swept us away for a private tour of the area. What a relaxing and enjoyable time. Claudio was friendly and knowledgeable. He took us for a quick peek of the leaning tower (photo op) and then turned north. Italy is so beautiful and rich with history but Cinque Terre was a high point (no pun intended). We left from Porto Venere - Claudio calls it the 6th town in Cinque Terre. Don’t skip it so beautiful and underrated. Could go back and enjoy a day there alone swimming and eating. Then headed to first town Cinque Terre on next ferry. Claudio gave us directions and then drove to meet us at our next stops. He was always available. While we had a full day of touring we managed come back to the ship rested (it’s almost a 2 hr drive back to Livorno). Highly recommend!

Where to begin, what an amazing trip. Cinque Terra can get very crowded, but our guide Luca made sure the towns we hit were off the beaten path, so that we actually got to enjoy the experience without all the crowds. He also stopped at a lovely town on the way there that was a great hidden gem. I’m not going to give the names because they’ll get too crowded, and that would make Luca sad. He also made us reservations at an amazing restaurant that was very inexpensive. We were two couples, so I guess if we had other couple in the van it might’ve been less expensive, but it was worth every penny!!! Luca is very knowledgeable about various topics and was incredibly entertaining as he drove us around. He stayed in touch via What’s App to give suggestions about our next day in Livorno. He went above and beyond. Book it Pronto!

Book with confidence. Communications was easy via text. We were picked up directly at the ship. Emanuele was an excellent guide, knowledgeable, friendly and personable. His English was excellent. He drove us, walked with us (not just dropped us off and picked up), lunched with us (at our request), and was a wonderful guide. Our visit was on December 26th, and Emanuele had already researched what was open and made sure that we had a place to lunch and checked the availability of the ferry/train. It was a special trip, and it was certainly worth it. Wonderful job, Emanuele and team!!
