Gianmarie showed us a beautiful day in Cinque Terre! He reserved for us a table with amazing views from the cliffs of Manarola! He stopped on the way to show us the most beautiful views! And as a surprise , he showed us the Leaning Tower of Pisa just before sunset! Gianmarie was an exceptional host!

EMI was our tour guide and he did an amazing job. He made sure we got to all the right places. He was a very safe driver pointing out lots of things for us to do got us back to our ship on time. My kids said it was the best tour of our cruise highly suggest, they were great in communicating with us and we’re right there to pick us up at the boat even though it was late

Carlo gave us a great tour. He gave us lots of information during our drive and stopped to show us the beautiful views of the Mediterranean. He also gave us chances to explore in two of the villages in Cinque Terre as well as a chance to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa.

This is the absolute best way to experience Cinque Terre and Pisa period! From beginning to end this tour was the highlight of our family's 14 day trip to Europe. Enough can't be said about the professionalism, kindness and knowledge of our tour operator/driver/ guide/ new friend, Luca! His passion for the area and love of what he does made this trip even more special. Private is the only way to go if you want an unbelievable experience tailored to your group. Luca provided amazing suggestions, off the beaten path recommendations, and details you don't get from a group tour. He even joined us for a spectacular lunch with stunning views of Corniglia! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would!

This was absolutely the best tour we did in our two weeks in Europe! I can’t even put into words how amazing our tour was with Val. He was the best tour guide! We were picked up at the port in Livorno & taken to the Cinque Terre. Val gave us so much information on the drive, stopped for us to take photos (and always took family pictures for us) & even helped us navigate the menu for lunch. Anchovies in lemon in Corniglio were so good! We toured three towns & stopped at an artisan shop for wine tasting & souvenir shopping. On the way back to the port, we stopped in Pisa. We could never have done something like this through the cruise line. It was personalized to us & we loved every minute. Thank you, Gianmaria & Val!!

This was an experience of a lifetime for our family of ten ranging from ages 13-73 (Needless to say, we took two vans). Giovanni was absolutely AMAZING!!! He treated us like family and catered to our every need, making sure our trip was personalized and customized to be just right for us. He was prompt in meeting us, the van was clean and spacious, and he even had chargers for our family's many devices so our batteries wouldn't die for pictures. Our ride from the port to Cinque Terre was over an hour, and he was sure to ask us along the way if we wanted to stop for bathroom or coffee breaks. We did stop along the way, and he was kind and patient with us as we struggled to order our American coffee. Thankfully, he ended up taking over for us and got us exactly what we needed. As far as our time in the villages of Cinque Terre, he went above and beyond. He arranged lunch reservations for us ahead of time at a delicious restaurant with breathtaking views. In addition, he used his connections to open closed gates and parking lots leading into the villages to get us as close as possible (allowing us to maximize our limited time). These charming seaside villages nestled at the bottom of sweeping lush green mountains are not to be missed! We ended up getting to see 4 of the 5 villages and still made it to Pisa in time to see the tower before sunset. You will not regret booking this experience!!!

This trip was absolutely spectacular. We were on a cruise throughout multiple ports, and we had our doubts about how good some of these tours would be. Needless to say that our expectations and hopes were blown out of the water. Gianmaria did an incredible job giving us time, taking pictures, and an impressive amount of information on everything we saw or did. The patience was extraordinary as our group had a bit of a language barrier that we resolved, and the willingness to adapt and work with us was nothing short of extraordinary. I would recommend this service to anybody even remotely considering a trip around the applicable areas.
