Great experience fun time got to pick the dishes we wanted to prepare and then we had what we cooked for lunch. Staff are really friendly.

Great way to do a tour of the local market and get hands on experience on preparing 3 dishes and a dessert. The 2 instructors were very helpful and gave us the best guidance.

Had an great experience learning about the produces and ingredients along with the cooking a few dishes. The course is well timed and perfect for amateur cooks and tourists. I would have given it a 5/5 if I had learnt and made the paste then. But again I am not really complaining about it.

We absolutely loved our experience at the Thai Cooking Academy! We started at the market learning more about local ingredients. We loved this class because we were both able to choose our own separate dishes! We each cooked 4 different dishes & learned a lot about cooking Thai food. We would highly recommend anyone coming to Phuket to do this class. They have a morning and afternoon option & it was just a few hours!

Nil was fantastic! We really enjoyed the whole experience, from the market tour to the cooking class. Nil also helped us pick out items we wanted to purchase from the market separately, and it was great to have her help us talk with the vendors in Thai. Her cooking instructions were very clear, and the teaching class makes the prep easy. Fun activity to do with your group.

This was a great experience - I highly recommend this for groups, singles and couples. If u really want to learn more, I’d suggest Pvt lessons which they do offer!

Great Thai cooking class in Phuket. Best part about this class is that before going to market, you are given choice of dishes you would like to cook and learn. Firstly, you start by learning the recipe, getting to know ingredients and then do some chopping! After that it was time to cook. Fun, yummy and an overall lovely experience with professional set up and great follow up recipes provided. Chef Newle was so friendly and helpful throughout the class. The recipes were simple to make and tasted amazing. Never once did I feel rushed or stressed throughout the class. Will visit again next time, when in Phuket for sure, Thanks again Newle !!

We lucked out and had a private class, because no one wants to get out of bed early while on vacation! Totally enjoyed everything about this tour, we visited the local market and sampled many fresh fruits, we had an opportunity to purchase local treats etc. The food was delicious and very easy to prepare and take your new skills home.

Just had an amazing afternoon at the Phuket Thai cooking academy. They took us to the local food market first and showed us around. My son and I made 4 dishes each back ant the ancademy and they tasted even better than how they do in the restaurants. Sky was a great teacher and we couldn’t believe how easy it is to make Thai dishes. We ate what we cooked and they boxed up the leftovers to take back to our hotel. There was a LOT of food so please come hungry. Thank you so much for a brilliant afternoon. 🙏

The market trip and the cooking class were excellent. I'm disappointed because I called Viator before booking to check to see if pickup from my resort. I was told it was so I booked. I was then told it would be 400 Thai bhat for transportation. Since it was a rainy day, I reluctantly agree to pay even told I was told by Viator that my resort was covered. Imagine my surprise after cooking class to be billed 800 thai bhat. I was pointed to the word pax in emails. I had no clue that is what pax meant. In the US, we use pp meaning per person. Again, market trip and class were great. Viator giving me misinformation ... not so much.

Market tour and cooking school was amazing!! The instructors were super nice, patient and very knowledgeable. The facilities and the food we cooked were excellent. We had a great experience and HIGHLY recommend it!!

Just got back to our hotel 30 mins ago after the cooking lesson. From hotel pick up to groceries marketing to cooking, eating our own cooked food, and hotel drop off - it was a smooth transition and a fun experience. As there were only 4 of us in the group, we had full attention from our teachers. Easy to understand as our teachers spoke great English and helpful. Now, we have no excuse for not cooking great Thai Food when we get home.

Fantastic experience. We learnt so much and had a great time in the market, cooking and eating. Looking forward to coming back again next time we visit Thailand.
