Everything is done to get extra money out of the visitor's pocket. I was not allowed to take my flash for my camera with me in broad daylight... I was charged 50.-

My experience was bad. Arriving at Chichen Itza we found out that tickets cost less than half the price at which Guet Your Guide sells them. My recommendation is to buy tickets in person at Chichen Itza, there is practically no line. This sale is a scam.

Very expensive. 65,- entrance fee. And parking costs are on top of that. Huge chaos at the entrance. All very unclear. Furthermore, hundreds of vendors that make the whole experience less fun!

EXCELLENT because these skip the line tickets are indeed a great convenience. Once we got to Calendario Maya as described in the ad, we got our entrance tickets in 2 minutes flat! But… POOR because the meeting point specified in the ad is NOT the entrance to Chichen Itza. It leads to some make-shift desk in the middle of nowhere manned by shady characters who will tell you: “Calendario Maya not here. You will have to walk 6 kilometres around here (they’ll show you a map to the REAL main entrance). But we can bring you there for 20 US dollars (not Mexican pesos!) per person!”. Since I had a rental car, we just drove there ourselves. And a heads up to those driving - the real entrance to Chichen Itza is from the main road of the town of Piste. You’ll know you’re on the correct road because there will be a lot of wanna-be guides trying to flag you down to stop. Ignore them and continue driving. At the end of that road is the real entrance. GetYourGuide, pls fix the meet point in your ad.

A large, very impressive area. But unfortunately there are a lot of very annoying salespeople who want to sell you everything. Skip-the-line entry is not worth it for this price. You wouldn't have had to wait long.
