An incredible experience! Very friendly guides, super attentive and everything was very well structured. Manuel, Hugo and Rey, a huge thank you!

Many reasons why I didn’t like this tour at all, putting 3 stars just because guides are nice : - meeting hour at 6:30 : they only arrived at 7:00 - we were expecting to be arriving to chichen itza before everyone but we arrived at 10:30 weather was extremely hot so it would’ve been more thoughtful to anticipate all the pick ups in order to make it earlier to chichen itza - cenote stop + food was very short with all the formalities we had to do you only have like 1 hour to swim + eat+ shower and change your clothes. Not to mention the fact that this is not the nicest cenote. It was green. - buffet was EXTREMELY poor. There were very few choices. And we had to pay for beverages. Very disappointing - Valladolid stop was a joke. Literally. It was a 20min stop to shop from their friends tequila shop. You have no time for nothing else. So as a conclusion it should’ve been better if they said that this only chichen itza excursion. And not cenote + valladolid because we would be expecting to spend at Least 1h at each place to stroll around. Also in their site they are mentioning a 6h to 22h day trip. It’s 16:00 now and the tour is already finished and we will be back at our hotels shortly. I’m very disappointed with this tour and I can never recommend this to anyone.

Amazing trip. The bus was comfortable. The driver, Danielo, was excellent. The guides, Martin and Alfredo were super friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the Mayan culture. The centoes were amazing and the best part! Would do this tour again.

Great trip. Quick pick up and drop off. Guide very knowledgable. Bus was comfortable and clean. And the sites we visited don’t need much advertising but were truly amazing

We’ve now done two tours to Chichen Itza. This and the one be right below it. We would never take a tour like this again. The drive from the resorts to Chichen Itza are well taken care of and safe to drive. This tour included 2 scammy stops that wastes your precious vacation time. Guide is not as good as the other tour on Viator. They lied to us promises us they have buses for each area and my bus would go direct from Playa Del Carmen. We had to go though Tulum which wasted even more of our time. It’s a really cool place to go and you should experience it, just on better terms.

Moto, Moto, Norma and the driver Alfredo were so nice, very knowledgeable. Well organized, instructions were easy to follow. I love the tour, the food was so good. Highly recommend it.

Miriam and Eduardo were brilliant. The cenote is a must do, such an amazing experience with a really nice lunch.

The day was made memorable by the guide Martin and driver Danilo. Both were excellent. Remember that the lunch buffet is nothing to write home about and the Cenote is also not the best one available. Further pickup from hotel zone in Cancun is really early - 6:25-6:50. So you will miss bfast and there is no chance of anything but a coffee till 2:30pm Cancun time. Otherwise, with this in mind, the tour is good and made even better by Martin with his in-depth knowledge and quick wit.

We had an amazing time! Rey was absolutely amazing and Jose was an amazing driver! Couldn’t have had a better pair taking us on a full day event We loved this excursion so much, extremely hot but we would do it again it was very informative and fun. Highly recommend

Fun and easy going staff. Ray was very nice about us being a couple minutes late back to the bus! Really appreciate him and the information he gave during the tour.

Martin was an excellent guide. All of the stops were beautiful, would’ve liked more time at each stop though. There are a few surprise charges that I wasn’t thrilled about (mandatory life jackets, drinks including water at lunch, lockers at the cenote) but overall, very fun. The cenote was beautiful, the lunch was delicious, and the sights were amazing.

Amazing tour!! Well organised and such a comedic tour guide (Martin). The driver (Danello) was also a great sport. Chichen Itza was incredible, as was the cenote and town that we passed on the way back to Cancun. An experience I won’t be forgetting anytime soon.

Martin y Danilo were amazing! Martin was very knowledgeable and charismatic! Some guests started off the day a little argumentative for their own reasons but Martin didn’t let that dampen his energy! Chichen Itza was breathtaking and the (very brisk!) cenote was a nice way to cool off after a long day.

Great tour, easy to hit three memorable attractions in one and enough time devoted to each. Parts of the tour dragged a little but not a big deal

I want to say first that our driver and the guide were AMAZING. If this review was only about that portion, I would 100% recommend. They provided a safe easy drive and lots of great information, especially at Chichen Itza that we would have missed out on if we did not have a guide. However, the actual way this tour is conducted in a business sense was very poor. There are a lot of extra fees that you will end of paying to actually take part in this trip. Though it lists Chichen Itza as its own expense. Right after the cancellation period ends they send you an email to let you know you will need to bring cash to pay roughly an extra $45 USD per person to get in. After the experience I think it is worth it, but why not just add that in the initial cost? OR list it on the website so it does not feel so scammy? You CAN choose not to pay it and buy your own ticket there, but someone on our bus did that and ran into a lot of trouble. So while I am fine with the fee, I don't like how the process was conducted. It feels like they just want to list a lower price on the website rather than be honest about the cost. Also, you will be expecte to pay for a locker and a required life vest at the cenote, which is also going to run you another $10-$20 per person. This tour group should just list these prices on the page and be more clear, then I would have happily given this a 4 star review.
