We had the best time to discover the white temple, blue temple and the goddes of mercy in Chian Rai today. Our tour guide Tong was very kind, courteous and entertaining. We enjoyed our private day trip a lot!

We visited the white temple, blue temple and the Chinese temple in Chiang Rai. It was a wonderful private day trip! We learned a lot about the sites, their history and buddhism. Tong was an amazing tour guide, driver, and helped us to take the best pictures!

Taking a day trip to the temples with Tong was the best decision we made on our trip. What an amazing experience, we were able to see exceptional temples, taste authentic local foods, learn extensive history for our knowledge guide, and make memories of a lifetime. Tong is the best tour guide and driver ever. I've never had a guide who was more willing to talk about the local culture, customs, and history. He was also insanely prepared with drinks, snacks, and awesome stops along the way. He even bought us souvenirs based on things we talked about.

This tour was amazing!! It was private so just my boyfriend and I with a tour guide (who was amazing by the way if anyone ever gets to tour with Puma). The temples were amazing but the organization and knowledge from the guide was awesome. We got picked up from our airbnb, drove to our temples, the weather was extremely hot and our guide kept giving us water and cranking the AC which we appreciated. The restaurant we went to for lunch outside of the Blue Temple was 10/10. Overall highly recommend!!!!

I can’t say enough about this company and the service they provide. My husband and I booked a private tour with driver and guide to chiang Rai. Enroute to chiang rai, my husband had a medical issue and we needed to go directly to a hospital. Our driver got us there and our guide (Oak) came into the hospital with us and facilitated the admissions and consultations. They then waited with me well past the agreed hours and drove us back to our hotel. The next day, my husband rested at the hotel and our driver and guide took us back to hospital for his late afternoon appointments. As it turned out, my husband was admitted that same day to the hospital and when he was discharged a few days later, May, the owner of Pagoda View Tours, helped me arrange a driver to take us from the hospital to the Chiang Mai airport. At all times, no one could have asked for more care, kindness or professionalism.

Katoon is a kind and experience tour guide who made our trip interesting and enjoyable. His knowledge regarding Budhism is profound and even share with us a lot of knowledge and historic facts. The trip to Chiang Rai can take up to two hours but the crew is amazing to spend time with and the vehicle has AC, confort seats and music.

Had an amazing day with M our tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and interesting and answered every single question throughout the day! He made the car journey (which is fairly long) fly by and had a great balance between chatting and rest periods with great stops on the way at a temple and hot springs. The Temples themselves were modern but still stunning and completely worth a visit. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

This tour was a great way to see a range of beautiful, unique temples. It was nice that it included two of the well known temples and two that are lesser known to most tourists. Our guide Puma was kind, cheerful, and knowledgeable - and patient when we wanted to stop and take photos. The lunch was delicious. The comfortable car and pacing between stops made what could have felt like a long day feel doable. Worth the experience!

We had a lovely day with Katoon visiting the temples in Chiang Rai from Chiang Mai. The drive was about 3 hours long, but we had plenty of water, snacks and air conditioning. My wife and I enjoyed Katoon's knowledge of every stop as well as the knowledge he had being a former monk. I highly recommend the tour, especially if you can have Katoon as your guide.

M,our driver, was excellent! His English was great and he explained so many things to us - all about our tour but also all those little things that you’d love to ask. His car was luxurious, reclining seats and air conditioning to make the journey pass by so easily. He guidedbour lunch choices and knew where to get some great ice cream! The day was perfectly run, we never felt rushed or waiting around. Just a very personalised trip. Ideal

Amazing trip to the chiang Rai temples and many more explanations about all of the region, history and Thailand! Mr Tong was amazing, always kind, alert, respectful and explaning everything! Also the best at taking photos! Excelent at speaking and explaning things in english language which is so important to foreigns. We would recommend to anyone visiting Chiang Mai and Chiang Rai region to have him as a tour guide - the BEST!

Fantastic trip from start to end. Our guide M was extremely personable and knowledgeable. Having just arrived in Thailand the day before we were concerned that a 12 hour trip would be too much! Quite the contrary - the time just flew by. The journey was extremely comfortable in a private car with reclining seats in the back, cold water and face wipes. M even provided some yummy rice cake snacks covered in local sugar cane caramel. The trip took in a visit to hot springs and 4 temples in and around Chiang Rai / the white temple, the blue temple, the red Chinese temple and the rainbow temple. A fantastic Thai lunch was included as well as entry to the various temples. Excellent value and highly recommended.
