Easy transfer to and from the airport. They were exactly where they said they would be. The day they picked us up at the airport they gave us a sheet with the time for our pick up to leave. Clean and comfortable transport. Would recommend and saved any stress getting to the hotel.

The service was highly efficient and the driver was easy to locate when we came off the flight. The driver, though he didn't speak much, was nice and professional. We arrived at our hotel in a timely manner and he helped with the suitcases. The departure ride was also fast and efficient.

Driver was not there at the exit when we arrived. Then when we found him he had to go get the van which took an additional 10 minutes. Its not faster than getting a grab or taxi and it's more expensive. Avoid!

Overall a great experience. Car is spacious for 2 adults with all our luggage. Clean and comfortable. Fast response from customer support team at I Asia Thailand to answer any queries. Great value and cheaper than booking when you arrive.

Very good service. The guide was already waiting for us outside of the exit gate of the airport. I actually forgot we had booked a service........ Good thing the lady was standing outside with my name on a sign board. We were able to reach our destination in Chiang Mai fast because we got to our accommodation on time because of this transfer The car was cool with the air con and looks new. No issue with the driver or with the car. Thanks for this!
