The Hot Springs tour with the Aurora Ice museum visit was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide Judah had great personality and customer skills. I highly recommend this activity with this tour company. :)

We were given a tour of the property explaining all the buildings. The greenhouse is where they grow all their lettuce and tomatoes for the restaurant. There are several hiking trails to follow.The Hot Springs really felt good. Don't forget flip flops or shower shoes as you have to leave the shoes you are wearing in the lobby before checking in.The restaurant was excellent and the gift shop contained items they make with their 3-d printer onsite. We spent about 4 hours there and it was well worth our time.

Keaton was our tour guide. He was friendly and attentive to everyone’s needs. Keaton made everyone feel confident and comfortable on the way. And yes, we saw moose from the road

Very scenic trip from start to finish our guide miss Jean was very kind and talkative. The Chena hot springs is a epic place to soak in the water.

Sadly the Ice Museum was not opened and was not informed until the day before. Supposedly will get reimbursed. Hot Springs were great as well as Geothermal tour!

Seeing the dogs, new puppies and dogs up for adoption. Landscaping was awesome. Apple martini was not worth $20. Hot Springs were nice for a first time person being in them. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Jean was Very informative , attentive and shared so much great info. We felt very at ease and relaxed!

Jean was a fantastic tour guide. The hot springs were well worth the trip! We even got to see a Moose along the way which was an added bonus.

We had a wonderful day at the Chena Hot Springs. We were disappointed the Ice Museaum was shut down. The Hot Springs was wonderful. The restaurant was great. All of the staff was friendly. The restaurant menu was extensive, and the food was delicious. We were facinated by the use of thermal energy used for the green houses and to power the resort. Our guide Tony was very good. As a native Alaskan, he was very knowledgeable and informative.

Loved the hot springs, Ice Museum and seeing the sled dogs. Food at the restaurant was delicious as well- would definitely recommend this experience. Our tour guide Tony was very personable and knowledgeable and provided us with so many good suggestions for our Alaska trip

This was an awesome trip! Kathy did a job giving us the tour and from chena hot springs! We saw a moose on the way and a couple of eagle! The hot springs were amazing… it truly was hot! The ice museum was so cool… get the apple martini! So good!!

Kathy was a great tour guide, she made sure the trip was a fun and knowledgeable one. Throughout the ride to Hot Springs, Kathy stopped for Wildlife sightings and shared a ton of information about Fairbanks and things we saw along the way. Would definitely recommend it!

We had an amazing experience and we were so thankful that we booked this tour. Our guide/ driver Mr. Keaton was so great and made us feel comfortable for the entire time we were in Chena Hot Spring. Even if the road going to Chena was so bumpy and rough, he made sure we wont feel that so badly. We could say it was a smooth ride. Mr. Keaton is so knowlegable as well. He knows what exactly we want to know. The hot spring was so great and amazing to know that they use geothermal for that. Same goes to the greenhouse and the entire resort. We enjoyed as well the Ice museum. Mr. Keaton showed us the pipeline that help the people of Alaska. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you Mr. Keaton for great service and to entire group who made our experience so worth it.

Had a great trip today to Chema hot Springs!! Liberty our tour guide was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. Highly recommend asking for her!!

We especially enjoyed the hot springs, ice museum, Alaskan lunch with produce grown on-site and wildlife photo stops. Tony, guide and driver, was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

This was an awesome day trip from Fairbanks. The ice museum was interesting, and the hot springs were amazing to soak in. Our guide Tony was the highlight of the tour as he made the hour plus drive from Fairbanks go by with his stories of the area. Additionally he pointed out wildlife on the way, and even pulled over so we could see a moose. Overall a great day trip from Fairbanks.
