Enjoyable friendly staff. Saw some beautiful things. All four quarters of the city were unique. MACKY was outstanding.

Mr. Mackey was a friendly, knowledgeable, and humorous guide. We loved the experience and recommend the tour as a good way to see all four wards and gain some historical knowledge

Our guide was very knowledgeable and so sweet! Payton, was upbeat, and pleasant the whole tour! :) I would recommend this to anyone who visits Charlotte, I learned so much about the history. If you are on the fence, just jump, it was well worth the time, so much fun!

Whether you have done this before or never done it at all, the Southern Charm Golf Cart Tour is a MUST. We got a really great view of Charlotte . The tour was arranged to show you the city in a wonderful order. Our guide (Payton) was phenomenal! She had plenty of historical information thrown in with some fun facts that made the almost 1.5 hours fly by. On this tour we had my mom (82 y/o) and Aunt (91 y/o) and they both loved it.

Beautiful city and a beautiful tour guide. The city is organized and respects it’s early history. Would go again in the future.

Touring inner city. Caleb was terrific in being knowledgeable. Very polite and courteous. It was pouring rain which added to the charm!

Our guide, Katrina, was fantastic. She was very knowledgeable and made the tour a lot of fun. We saw everything that we expected and hoped to see. Gave us great ideas for returning to tour specific attractions.

Tracy was wonderful! Very informative and sweet. She was also very patient with the lady on my tour who interrupted her a lot (NOT ME)...lol I got to learn about Charlotte and see places I wouldn't have known about. Highly reccomend.

A fantastic experience by which you get to see the main sights of Charlotte in just 90 minutes. Our guide Katrina was a real star and provided detailed knowledge about the city and its history. She’s great fun too! It’s a beautiful city with a lot of interesting stories and symbols. Great introductory tour that leaves you to follow up on your own with the places you want to find out more about. Katrina also knows the best places to eat and where the fun is at. Top notch.

Payton was very informative. Loved learning the history. Loved seeing the homes and the reason why they are designed certain ways.

We went put on such a beautiful day, our guide was so informative and funny at times, I apologize I cannot remember his name. The tour itself is a great way to get to know about the city if you have never been ,and way easier than driving and trying to find your own way around.

Booked for my Mom and I for Mother’s Day. I initially botched my reservation date when booking but contacted the company shortly thereafter and Sheri corrected for me within minutes 😀! Our tour guide, Tracy, was awesome and extremely knowledgeable of Charlotte history, I learned a lot (and have lived in NC for 30 years). If you’re visiting Charlotte and the weather is good, make this tour the first on your to-do list.

We were lucky to ride with owner, Sherri. If you are looking for autographs, she gives you the secret place to see the bands/singers enter the arena or where the pro BB players stay. Of course, they need to be in town. She does a great job of recommendations for food/drink. The historical tour was comprehensive. Key Buy.

Probably the most memorable thing, was seeing and learning about the city. I forgot her name, but our driver/tour guide was the best. Although new to the city, she obviously took the time to learn about the history and bits of information as we traveled around. Those that might be skiddish about the carts that you travel around in, we were pleasantly surprised at the comfort. We gave this excursion 5 stars.

Loved the golf cart tour, my guide was a great driver and knew soo much history and connected it with the present. No rushing and let me take pictures here and there which was nice too.
