Danny was a great guide; we were the only ones on the tour that day/time and were treated to a private tour of the city with Danny customizing it as we went, based on our preferences. Fun and so informative!

This is basically just a nice guy driving you to three breweries (in a golf cart). Something to do if you have a free afternoon and you like beer tasting. I realized after that we were supposed to get a free drink at each brewery, which we didn’t get.

If you want to get a glimpse of Charlotte’s ever growing microbrewery scene take this tour. Got started at Fitzgeralds, a local Irish pub with a free beer from one of their seasonal drafts. Our group of 7 visited breweries toward the Southend- Triple C, Wooden Robot, and Unknown. Along the way in our emissions free cart, our host Barbara gave us interesting facts about the Queen City. There are over 40 microbreweries in the Charlotte area. I’d start with this tour to get broken into this scene.

Went with friends on the brewery tour and thoroughly enjoyed it. Barbara is a great guide and we learned many facts about Charlotte on the way. Barbara also knows the breweries well, and helped us get the best out of all of them. Would definitely recommend this for groups of friends, out of town guests or just a relaxing and fun evening. We are looking forward to doing this again.

We visited 3 breweries and didn't have to worry about driving or parking. Barbara was a great , enthusiastic guide , and told me many interesting tidbits that I , a 22 year charlotte resident , didn't know. I thought the 3 hour tour would be too long, but we enjoyed every minute of it and could have stayed longer!

A group of 7 of us enjoyed the Brewery Crawl on 6/12/18. We really loved the evening. Sue was our guide and she was very enjoyable and full of great tidbits of the Charlotte story. We snacked at Fitzgerald's before we took off and then again when we got back. It was a great place for food and drink as well. The one disappointment was that we didn't get to tour any of the breweries, just stopped in for drinks at each one, but it was a pleasant evening that we would all be glad to do again! We really liked the chance to see the historic homes and learn a little about them after the last brewery stop. Also, allow yourself plenty of time to find parking so you aren't late.

I booked this tour for my husbands birthday. This was a great tour! I would do it again. We sampled beer from different breweries in Charlotte. Danny our tour guide provided us with a tour and history of Charlotte as we traveled. He is such a great guy to talk with and knowledgeable on the area. My husband said he had a great birthday.

Our group had 7 people and this activity was perfect. There are 8 seats on the carts and QCR provides the driver. Our driver was awesome - friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The breweries were really cool. Great experience would do it again!

Wow! What a great day! This is hands down one the Best, if not the best way to experience Charlottes Downtown area or taking a Micro-Brew tour. We had 6 in our party and our first experience with Queen City Rides was with a Brew Tour. With the explosion of Craft Breweries in the Queen City "true brew" fans want to experience as many as possible when we get the chance. Driving myself or ubering becomes a distraction to enjoying the day or evening and taking in as many of my favorite brews as possible. Not to mention trying logistically to coordinate several friends as well. I found the SOLUTION!!! Queen City Rides!!! We were able to coordinate and map out our tour with Queen City to ensure it encompassed our "must do breweries". The staff even offered out a few suggestions that ended up being even better then some of our desired main attractions. The Golf Cart? Well I spend a lot of time on Golf Carts, just on Golf Courses. We have all experienced the following with Golf Carts. "The Jerk" with Gas carts, "The Tortoise" with battery ones!.... I can honestly say if I would have the Carts that Queen City uses on the Golf Course I would drop an hour off my round time and who knows maybe even a few strokes off my game. In addition I want to recognize our driver!! She was no Mario Andretti! Thank god with the pick up the golf cart had, However she did a tremendous job of getting us to all our locations spread out over several miles. The biggest concern was being on the major roads in a golf cart. It is scary enough in Charlotte in a regular automobile. However at no time did we feel unsafe, in fact we loved the fresh air the Cart provided and at the speed it travels you at times forget you are even in a golf cart. No, it has nothing to do with the BREWS! lol All in all we had a terrific time thanks to Queen City Rides and the staff. We will definitely be booking many more and we already have a booked "Bar/Cart Crawl" set up later in the month. Can't wait!! I recommend these guys HIGHLY!!!
