Charlie was fabulous, He led us to a nice experience in which we had a lot of interesting communication, culture, society, city, all of that. I would recommend him to everybody, you must try the private tour with him.

Charlie was very nice and friendly. He know everything! Place to go, to eat, to shopping, to city walk, etc.... Frist time in Taiwan, Best experience!

I had Danny not Charlie for my cruise excursion. He was lovely; easy to collegiate with, on time for pickup drop/off (crucial for cruisers), wonderful photographer and great driver. He did a great job of showing us all the highlights in our short day and was lovely company to boot!

The whole tour is very memorable and Danny our driver/tour guide is very knowledgeable of all the places we had been to. He is super nice, aside from tour guide, he was our camera man too.

We had a fantastic day in Taipei with our driver, James. We were only in Taipei for one day on a long layover, I wasn’t really sure what to expect. James brought us to some great spots for scenery and market action. I really loved Taipei more than I thought I would! Thanks to our driver James for all the great stops. Highly recommend for a day trip in Taipei!

We had a great time touring various spots in Taroko National Park. Our your guide Danny was courteous, friendly, respectful and resourceful. He speaks good English. He went out of his way to accommodate our requests (such as to find Starbucks in the early morning!) and to take photos and videos for us the whole time. I would gladly recommend Danny to anyone who visits Taiwan.

Enjoyed our day; much better doing a private tour. We visited many places north of Taipei, and the driver was amiable and helpful.

Charlie was an excellent tour guide - he planned a great itinerary to include everything we wanted to see, was flexible with timing, and was prepared with water and umbrellas. He was also happy to pick us up at one hotel and drop off at another, which saved a lot of time for us. I would definitely recommend Charlie to anyone visiting the Taipei area on need of a tour guide.

Our plane was 2-hours late so we had only 5 hours instead of 7. Charlie sent Danny to pick us up from the airport. Danny waited which was very nice. Although some places on the posting say "all fees included" there is another place it says there is an additional $50 USD fee from the airport, which I missed (my fault), so I felt uncomfortable hearing in the car there was another charge. It was a quick tour but we did see a nice temple and get to eat. I wish it was a little more interesting and energizing since it was our first time and we were excited. We really needed some guidance on what was best to see in the time we had available - might have made a big difference. Wes

We took a day trip to 阳明山 with our local friends. Charlie picked us up from the hotel on time. He drove us to a few scenic locations. He is an extremely experienced guide who knows exactly where to go to have a great view of the attractions. He also took great pictures for us at these places. It was a truély memoriable trip. We were very excited about this tour but it wasn't that great. After we got into the car Danny said: "Charlie asked me to ask you for another $50 USD to cover gas from the airport. STRANGE since I booked this a couple months earlier and Charlie never said this to me. Other folks get picked up from the airport so that wasn't unusual. In addition, our plane was almost 2-hours late so we already got cut out of additional stops, which saved Danny gas. When asked what the top 5 spots are, Danny said he'd have to think about it. We already read about them but wanted local feedback, so that was disappointing he wasn't ready with some good advice and some excitement about anything. We ended up seeing a museum, temple, and got some lunch at Danny's favorite place, which was OK but didn't seem like it was anything special - but maybe that's just how the food is there. Anyway, Danny was nice, but I felt shaken down. Unfortunately my bride fell for it and paid him more without me being aware. I feel they owe us an apology and a refund for the full extra $50 and a little more for the shortened time and upset. We'll see if they do and I will revise this review if so. I took my friends from Laos on a day trip to the north coast. Charlie is incredibly friendly and nice! The drive is smooth and very flexible on schedule, took us to some beautiful places that are not well-known by tourist and took nice pics for us too! Charlie thanks for the wonderful trip, we had a good time, will join one of your trips in the future :)

You're missing a great tour if you don't do this. Stress free and interesting and suited to your needs.

Since Charlie was booked, he lined us up with Danny who led us through a day of fun, information, local lunch and photography! We fell in love with Taiwan and had many unique experiences that we want to explore more next time. We’ll be back!

We arrived with a cruiseschip, and mr Charlie promised us to pick us up. Hé did, but brought 15 non English speaking drivers. We ended up in a car with a driver who spoke very poor English. The whole tour then was not the Taipei highlights, but something around the harbour, what we did not book. During the day we had to ask help from other drivers to go the right direction. I would not take this company a next time!!

Charlie was incredible! He picked us up with a smile and was very positive, informed, and experienced. On top of this, he loves to take photos of guests and took many incredible photos of me and my boyfriend during our trip. On our trip we visited Yehliu Geopark, Jiufen, Shifen, Houtong Cat Village, and Taipei 101. Charlie gave us lots of freedom to explore these places on our own while giving us advice on what to do. We absolutely recommend booking him to anybody looking for a convenient way to get around Taiwan- this is so worth the price! Get the most out of your time here by booking this tour. Mark was our driver for the trip to yehliu,shifen and jiufen.he was very patient and drove us around very safely. He took our pictures during the trip and was very prompt with everything.it rained and he helped us with umbrellas every time we stepped out of the car. We would highly recommend him

We went on a private tour with George as our driver and he was a fantastic host! He picked us up at our hotel in Taipei and took us on drive to Yehliu Geopark, Jioufen old town, Shifen old street where we did the lantern lighting, and Shifen waterfall. George was extremely polite and knowledgeable and taught us some of the history along the way. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to do a day trip from Taipei.
