Confused at first about the log on but after it was perfect! Would recommend highly to use this , we had a small dog too and didn’t want to be there late for tour and drive to our hotel

We had fun on our solo tour. The kids did get bored half way through, but we loved hearing about the spooky ghost stories.

My wife and 3 kids (ages 9,13,15) really enjoyed the phone guided tour. It was simple to set up and fun to listen to the spooky stories. A big plus for us was it's flexibility. I would probably do a personal guided tour the next time. Still..would recommend

The tour was a great way to see the old parts of Charleston. We loved going at our own pace & hearing the stories while taking in the sites!

Learning the history of Charleston. Seeing all the great architecture around the city. Eating fresh seafood by the water.

We enjoyed it. The voice and sound effects were great. My son is 15 and he was actually on edge from the way the storytelling was portrayed. We were even entertained between spots because of the sound effects and some extra historical facts. We did not take photos because it was night time and it was really busy so there were lots of groups around.

We selected this tour for flexibility since we were driving through town for one night without a firm ETA. It definitely met our needs. It was fun to enjoy a nice dinner out and then go late to add to the haunted ambiance. The sound quality was excellent and the GPS tracker highly accurate. We plan to seek out similar tours in other cities -- great value.

loved it! very easy to navigate and had some amazing stories! the heat was a big contributor but that’s nothing the tour can control!

I would give this a 5 star review but there is not real directions for getting back and you are left in a not so great part of the city at the end of the tour. But great narration and super concept

We loved doing the ghost tour at our own pace and liked how the narrator kept track of our location on the map

Loved the freedom to start and stop this tour. We actually paused it and ate dinner at a cool place we were passing by then continued on. We enjoyed being able to put on ear buds and see the city rather than being in the back of a 20+ person tour where we couldn’t hear or see. It was cost-effective, and we could listen again, and do the tour as many times as we liked. To contrast, We also did a carriage tour (which was nice) but walking is where it’s at!

It was a very comprehensive walk around the historic district. Easy app to use and I will definitely download WalknTours for future tours. But the freaky bit was in the end. I took this pic if my husband in front of the old jail and those green orbs showed up in it. Even the dog is looking at them. I didn’t see them but the camera picked it up

I waited to upload the tour cuz I was nervous about finding it again and found out I should have had earbuds. I didn't have them with me. But, turned out I couldn't use anyway as my partners phone had died so we had to share the phone. The sound effects were fun but there were several guided tours going on at the same sites and they appeared irritated with me playing it out loud even though I couldn't help it. I m glad it worked cuz I learned a lot and it was so fun! Would have been nice to have directions given to get back to our car...that was interesting....lol!

Adventures are what you make of them! This was a great walking tour and we had a great time until it was finished at the City Jail and then just stopped- no information on how to get back to your car- so just make sure you know how to get back or you will have to stay with the ghosts at the Jail!! It did say to post a picture if you caught an orb- so that was cool that I did get one. We actually were walking next to 3 other tour groups so you definitely don’t miss any of the haunted tours or their price tags!!

If you can, try to do this on a weeknight, or at least a night where others won't be out as much because the quieter it is, the better you can hear and the creepier it is! Be sure to grab a drink or two at The Blind Tiger to kick things off!

This was super fun and we enjoyed it. I liked doing it this way better than being in a group. It's not too much walking and you learn a lot :)
