Tour was great. Our guide,Jose, was very knowledgeable. The ride was comfortable and the lake towns were chill. Good value.

We had a fantastic experience visiting Lake Chapala and Ajijic. Our guide Rony was very friendly and knowledgeable. Took his time giving us extensive explanations in local history. Transportation was also very comfortable and safe. I would strongly recommend this tour when you visit Guadalajara.

Our tour guide was just amazing. He explained everything in full detail and even shared some of his favorite memories and locations of the beautiful city. Mr. Novia (iykyk) was very friendly and made the experience feel very local and exclusive.

Pros: They pick you up and drop you off at your location. Our guide was knowledgeable and flexible. The two towns are beautiful. Cons: The tour description doesn’t say anything about pick up location neither does the email confirmation. I booked it at night and couldn’t get hold of anyone. They called me around 8 am to get my address…the stop at the ranch is useless. Access to almost everything is closed to tourists. You just see some horses from behind fences…I was the only English speaking person on the tour. I had to ask the guide several times to speak in English too. The restaurant that they took us for lunch is nothing special. They could just give us time in Ajijic to eat at the restaurant of our choice.

Hector our tour guide and Daniel our driver were THE BEST!!! They went above and beyond to make our trip to Ajijic, lake chapala and restaurant TOP Notch! The trip was super safe! I highly recommend it! .. if you’re iffy about booking it don’t let your fear prevent you from creating such wonderful memories with friends or family. ———- Recominedo inmensamente este viaje. Loved that they picked and dropped us off at our hotel. Lunch/early dinner was at a place of their choosing and the food wasn’t that great and you had to pay for it yourself. Therefore, I wish they would allow us more time at either Chapala or Ajijic and allow us to choose where we want to eat. The van was very comfortable. I would also recommend they take out the stop at the Vicente Fernandez store/ranch. as it’s not the tours decision but rather the personnel at the ranch decides if they will allow visitors on a particular day.

Our tour guide was EXCELLENT (Sergio Novia ) who went beyond our expectations. On time, respectful, very knowledgeable, but most of all such amazing energy. We felt comfortable and not once rushed. We highly suggest booking this tour.

Sergio was very informative! The vehicle was nicely air conditioned. Chapala was super cute! We got to walk the malecon. And Sergio pointed us to the best ice cream. We all had a delicious lunch as well!

Spending some time out on the Chapala lake, seeing the great murals in Ajijic, and enjoying the scenery around the lake.

Both Chapala and Ajijic are must see places! The lake is beautiful and was a welcome relief from the city. The place we were taken to eat was right on the water and we went on a little boat ride straight from there.

I had the fortune of being the only person on a weekday tour. My guide, José Luis, was amazing. He was very personable and provided thorough detail of the history of the towns and also of Guadalajara.

Jesus was terrific — and the tour was beautiful. Plenty of time to see both Chapala and Ajijic — and have a nice meal. I highly recommend this company — perfect way to see both places in about 6 hours.

Our Tour Guide was Jonathan for the Chapala Aijijic Tour. Jonathan will give you your monies worth and more. He’s a knowledgeable historian or he simply love his culture. Either way you’ll get an exciting tour. Plz, wear sneakers or a cushioned flat sandals. There will be lots of cobble stones you’ll walk over from place to place and it will tire your legs & feet. We did the trip to Calera Tequila tastings, although, I’m not a Tequila person I liked the coffee tequila and bought that one because I can put it in my coffee or Bailey’s on ice. Lol! La Tienda Vaquera mad Grande de Mexico, Los & Potrillos- Vincent Fernandez Ranch was interesting as well. Chapala Lake beach, Magical Town, yes Guadalajara has a huge Lake / beach that kids swim to cool off because Mexico is Hotttt! Lol! After, walking around for awhile a friend & her daughter we went to the Famous-Chapala restaurant off the Lake for a great meal. I got a bubbling cheese pot w/shrimp, chicken & beef. Lots of food. I needed a doggy bag. Yum! Afterward, yes afterwards because Jonathan is not done with us yet. We stopped off at a candy vendors shop where elderly ladies sell their coconut, agave & many other pastries & soft candy’s. Now we’re done. A nice drive home, Lol! I meant to say back to Hotel where I showered had a tea and slept like a baby.
