Santa created such a great experience for me! Although I signed up for the group class, it ended up being just her and I, and it was lovely learning about Santa and her family, while making our two pastas and tiramisu. Her location was only a 10 min walk from my hostel, and her apartment had such great vibes! She also had a wonderful aperitif setup for me while she cooked our pastas, as well as homemade limoncello post-dessert, and it was all so delicious. Thank you for the great memories, Santa!

I highly recommend booking this experience! Enrico and his wife Christina were so fantastic. They opened up their home to my family (and two young children under 2). Enrico’s daughter even played with my daughter and made us feel totally at home! Enrico was very knowledgeable about how to prepare the dishes we made. He gave us helpful tips for how to prepare the food at home and we left with fantastic recipes. We enjoyed a lovely 4 course dinner with Enrico and his wife. We enjoyed wine and great conversation. We ate SO much delicious food. When we finally left (5 hours later), we felt like we had known Enrico and his family our whole life. Highly recommended!!

Our experience with Sissi the "Cesearina" was time and money well spent. The food and company were both excellent. Sissi made us feel welcome in her home...like friends that stopped over for a few drinks and good conversation. We all took our time putting together the evenings recipes while Sissi shared her knowledge of Milano, it's food, and it's people. Eventually we all sat down to enjoy our creations with plentiful aperitivi, Prosecco, Limoncello, and dolci. Everyone left well fed ! Thank you Sissi 💕

Best class and activity I did while in Milan for four days. Even if I only did one thing my entire trip and it happened to be this class it would still be worth the flight! My host was so kind and fun to be around, definitely felt at home and it was such a treat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

From the moment we walked in the door we were welcomed into the home of Maurizio & Maria Louisa. A beautiful apartment on the top floor overlooking a quiet section of Milan. We learned about the history of Tirimisu and made a delicious version of it wilth all fresh ingredients. Then came the making of the pasta the traditional way, three different shapes, Spinach ravioli, tagliatelle & farfalla. While the dough resting we were invited to enjoy apperitifo of fresh olives, sausage & fresh homemade bread and of course prosecco!! It delighted our tastebuds. We continued making the pasta and when it was done, Murizio cooked it for us in 2 different styles, ragu, sage & butter & mushrooms & butter. We all enjoyed that with a local wine. Delizioso! During that time we talked and enjoyed each others company and learned about the Italian culture. The home was easy to get to by public transportation and the email communication between us and our host was prompt with all the information necessary. The evening was a time to remember and I would gladly recommend to anyone interested in traditional Italian cuisine and culture.

I spent a lovely evening in Martina's home learning to cook pasta and tiramisu. Martine was a wonderful and generous host, and very good company. Martina first offered an aperitivo and snacks, before we moved on to the cooking. The two pastas and tiramisu were both delicious. Martina gave some great tips on making perfect pasta, and shared lots of insights into life in Milan and surrounds. A very enjoyable evening, and great value. Highly recommended.

Received by a kind Mam living in Milan, we really enjoyed a cooking class of Italian pasta and tiramisu. After cooking we tasted raviolis, tagliatelles and tiramisu we made together with good aperitifs. It was really fantastic experience.

une expérience extraordinaire ! Giuliana est aux petits soins avec ses invités, on se sent comme à la maison. Pleine de patience et très pédagogue, elle nous a appris à cuisiner 3 plats typiquement italien. Le repas était formidable !

Una tarde estupenda, Sisi nos hizo sentir como en casa. Nos explico muy bien todo y juntos elaboramos pasta fresca, gnocchi y tiramisù al modo tradicional. Después llego el relax, un aperitivo buenísimo con affettati y aceite de Sicilia con un vino espumoso del Oltrepo. Después probamos los platos que habíamos cocinado, exquisitos ☺️. Estábamos tan bien que el tiempo paso volando. Y tuvimos la suerte que Sisi nos preparo un paquete con pasta fresca y tiramisù q hemos podido disfrutar en casa! Recomendable 100%
