Our family of 4 (including 2 teenagers) had a fabulous time cooking with Debora! It was a highlight of our trip. She's funny, energetic, and a great teacher. She made the explanations and directions easy to follow and fun. She had our 16 year old son jumping in to try things first - which was completely unexpected. The food was delicious and it really feels like we could re-create all we've learned at home. Highly recommend for families or couples who want to spend time with real Italians, learning and laughing

Sandra was an exceptional hostess. Beautiful apartment, perfectly organized for our cooking class, homemade limoncello and beragamotto OMG , then the making pasta, so delicate and delicious. She went outside to pick fresh herbs for our dish. I definitely will come back for another exceptional experience. Sandra is the best!!

We did our cooking experience with the lovely Andrea yesterday. It was a wonderful experience from start to end, the hospitality we were given right from the start was amazing. His expertise and passion on food was such a joy to hear. We did the classic version of tiramisu, and he also did a quick alternative for me (as I don’t like coffee) but he insisted I should try it differently. I appreciated it and was not expecting it as I went there to learn the correct way. :) then we did the pasta recipes and although they looked very simple the taste were exquisite! Will definitely try all recipes back home. We entered as strangers but left there as friends! Totally recommend Andrea and it’s a must if you are looking for genuine and a memorable experience! *****

Our class was hosted by Sandra and she was AMAZING!!!! She was very nice and very informative. I left feeling so confident in my ability to make pasta and tiramisu. She also gave amazing recommendations for around the city. I highly recommend you take this class!!! We will do it again whenever we go back to Milan!

We had an amazing immersive experience, visiting a locals home in Milan to learn how to make pasta and Tiramasu. If you are looking for an industrial kitchen and classically trained chef, this might not be for you, but if you are interested in being immersed into a local family’s home and learning recipes passed down from generations etc then this is perfect. Thank you to our host Paola and her beautiful family.

The class was absolutely fantastic! She was very helpful, friendly, and guiding me very well to make my first time making pasta and tiramisu from the scratch. Of course the food was delicious! I would love to try another lesson with her again when I come back to Milan. This experience is one of highlights of my Milan trip.

Giuliana was a wonderful host - her knowledge of Italian cuisine was extensive and she was warm and gracious throughout our stay in her lovely home.

Absolutely loved our morning with Santa!! Booked a private pasta & tiramisu class for my mom & I. Told my mom that the one thing I wanted to do on this trip was take a class!! Santa was the best host and my mom is glad I made her do it!!! From learning about her culture and tasting her family own pasta sauce and her very own limoncello…..it was a perfect morning!!! Going home to teach my daughter since everything was so easy!!! Looking forward to visiting Italy again and doing another class with Santa!!!

Terrific experience. Santa was a great hostess and teacher. Fun thing to do in Milan. Nice to be a student and a guest in someone’s home.

This in home cooking class with Santa was fabulous. My husband loves to cook but never Italian. We took this class to learn to make pasta and ravioli (see pic!), and the experience was phenomenal--from the warm atmosphere to the welcoming host to the amazing food we ate.

Our group of 11 had a lovely time with Guliana at her pasta and tiramisu cooking class! What a welcoming, kind and gracious host - we would absolutely do another class with her. This was the highlight of our Milan trip! Thank you Guliana and family for a wonderful evening!

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Milan! Our hostess, Santa, had a wonderful home atmosphere and was so energetic and fun to be around. She walked my friend and I through the making of two types of pasta (which we rolled by hand) and individual tiramisu servings. While we were waiting for her to cook the pasta we sat on her garden patio where she also served bread, appetizers and a tasty wine. After dinner we had the tiramisu and homemade limoncello. We booked this experience for the night before we departed and it was an excellent end to an 8 day trip. She also gave us a little sample of fresh bay leaves, straight from the bush, from her region. However, if you are traveling back to the U.S. you should not take the bay leaves back with you because it is considered agriculture.

We did our cooking class with Santa, can’t rate it highly enough. Santa was so welcoming and made the whole experience fun, relaxed, enjoyable and delicious.

Talk with a Italian woman and learn about her life and cooking. Share a meal with a family is a nice experience. We felt very welcome. She is a very nice chef.

I took a pasta and tiramisu class with Andrea on the last evening of my trip to Milan. This was an absolutely amazing experience and a highlight of my trip that I would recommend to anyone! Andrea welcomed me into his home and taught me to make tiramisu as well as two types of pasta, all of which we eventually ate as an extraordinary meal. Not only was he an excellent teacher, completely patient and making sure I understood and had mastered each step, but he also did this with such warmth and hospitality, sharing wine, horderves, and wonderful conversation along the way. I felt so lucky to have had this beautiful experience - and recommend it highly!!

Definitely the highlight of our trip. If you want to have one of the best Italian meals and be able to make it for yourself later - you have found the spot! Enrico made the experience enjoyable and educational, plus we left stuffed with food we made! Could not recommend Enrico and this experience more. It’s a must!!!
