Definitely worth the money to have a knowledgeable guide help you navigate through the park to see all the sight in a timely manner, you learn so much and he takes pictures of you at the sights, nice bonus. Lyle was a great guide. Highly recommend. You can’t beat the price.

A really fun and informative tour! Was great to play tourist for a day in my own city and learning things I had never known before about Central Park. Walking from the bridal, to literary row, Bethesda terrace, to the bramble and strawberry fields made for a really beautiful afternoon. Absolutely recommend! Thank you lyall!

Lyle, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable about Central Park and New York. He was able to tell us all about the history of the park and who's lived in various apartment buildings over the years. He also pointed out parts of the park we stopped in that were used in many movies over the years, which as a movie buff myself, I really appreciated. I would highly recommend the tour as a way of getting a great overview of the park in just a couple of hours. Especially helpful to do this first before coming back again on your own.

Definitely have a guide for first time at the park. So many details and facts would be missed otherwise. Wish we had more than two hours with ours!

our guide Lyall was more than just considerate and engaging; he shared stories from the park's early history through recent times, pointed out interesting details we may not have otherwise noticed, and answered all of our questions. my wife and I were part of a small group of 9 that moved at a nice pace and we could all hear our guide as he spoke. We saw the lower half of the park ending at Strawberry Fields with a view of the Dakota.

Central Park is beautiful and we were so glad to experience the walking tour, just lovely. Lyle was our guide and he was very informative, we learned so much!

We arrived at the meeting point 30 minutes before the tour and waited up to 15 minutes after the expected hour and nobody arrived.

Amazing tour guide, so insightful, lovely to hear about the history alongside some of the more modern facts like movie places etc. A real must see if you’re in New York.
