Amazing, 10/10! Every single person was so helpful and made the experience great especially with our 5 year old. Highly recommend and lunch was great!

This was an awesome way to spend a few hours on a trip with my family. My kids we're super excited and Victor the guide was very entertaining and informative. Victor was knowledgeable and give a great history lesson along the way. We learned about the various tries, plants and animals of the regions. Highly recommended!

Amazing tour and very friendly/ accommodating tour guides! The zip lining was beautiful and very fun. The cave tubing was spectacular. You truly are in a cave almost the entire time and it is a really neat, unique experience. You have to walk a ways to get to the start and our tour guide was incredible patient with our slow pace. It was just our group of 3 to the one tour guide when we went which was super nice. We had a great time!!

We recently were in Belize and arranged our cave tubing and zip lining with Luis at Cave Tubing Paradise tours. We also arranged for Luis to do all our ground transportation over the 7 days on the mainland. Luis is very knowledge with the history of Belize. We had so many laughs and Luis made this part of our trip an amazing experience. Cave tubing is a must as a mesmerizing experience. You get to lay back and enjoy as Luis does all the work. Zip lining we did 6 lines (my first time) and was so beautiful. Staff was amazing and took the time to teach and make sure you had a great experience. I highly recommend this company.

Luis and Abel were fantastic. They were very accommodating and wanted to make sure everyone was happy with the experience. The zipling and cave tubing was a lot of fun.

I took this tour with my son and wife and we absolutely enjoyed every moment. Luis is a great guide and helped us all the way. We had a tight schedule because of rains the previous day, and Luis coordinated perfectly to fit in both these adventures in the window of time we had. I took the zipline and cave tubing tour and it was absolutely an amazing experience! Our tour guide, Luis is very knowledgeable about the history and culture of Belize. Don't be shy with any questions you may have. You'll get to zip a total of six lines beginning with a small one called "the chicken run" for beginners. The zipline guided are also very knowledgeable about the plants and wildlife in Belize. The caves are mesmerizing and the water is so cool and clear. Just lay back and relax. Luis does all the work! The tour includes a delicious lunch meal at the tubing site as well as pickup and drop-off whether you arrive on a cruise ship, water taxi or from your hotel. It is well worth it! I'm so glad I chose this company.

We had a great time with Luis and his crew. Luis was flexible in planning our activities. When the cave we wanted to explore was closed, he found an excellent alternative and we ended up not only ziplined and tubed through caves, but we also were able to take a quick tour of the zoo and had a pleasant lunch. Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. His friends call him "Google" cause he knows so much. Highly recommended!! We traveled during covid and felt very safe in his hands. He is a gold-star approved travel guide. We also had a ton of fun! I will definitely call him again if we go back to Belize.

Absolutely wonderful, we had an amazing trip from an amazing guide!Not only was he an area native but he was incredibly knowledgeable and gave outstanding educational information throughout the tour. Transportation was very nice and comfortable. In a crazy town he was a very safe driver. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

We met Jose Portillo for our Cave Tubing adventure in Cayo District and words can't even begin to describe his skills, vast knowledge, perfect customer service, friendliness, and so much more! Jose made us feel safe and we enjoyed every moment of our Cave Tubing adventure. As we headed to the river he was giving us knowledge about nature and our surrounding that blew our minds. He was even picking up trash along the way to preserve the land and beauty we were experience. That just shows his passion for his home and we really respected that. Once in the cave he treated us like forever friends with his amazing personality and we have been all over the world, and put him top on our list. Luis was waiting for us and we were quickly on our way. He was friendly and VERY knowledgeable about Belize, an excellent tour guide. We zip lined first which consisted of several super high and long runs. We then met up with Luis’ brother who took us cave tubing. We were the only 2 on this part so was unexpectedly private. He too was friendly and knowledgeable about Belize and the history of the caves. It was a relaxing float through the caves and a super cool experience. After tubing we had an excellent BBQ chicken lunch with our guides. I can’t say enough about how good these guys were and how much we enjoyed this excursion.

Luis is a very professional, knowledgeable and caring guide. We were very impressed by the quick response to our emails, ease of making the booking, punctuality in picking us at the airport and the in-depth knowledge of the history and current affairs of Belize. The cave tubing was awesome, made more pleasurable by Luis' guidance and attentive care (my friend was at first a bit apprehensive about cave tubing but Luis' caring made her relaxed and she thoroughly enjoyed the experience as I did). Our second visit to Belize and second excursion with Luis and Cave Tubing Paradise. Amazing experience led by a consummate professional. Luis knows the tropical paradise and points out interesting plants and critters along the path to the cave opening. The float trip through the cave is relaxing and exciting at the same time. Based on TA reviews we booked Cave Tubing paradise. Luis waited outside the gate from the Cruise terminal, we had a hard time getting on a tender, due to long lines and priority to cruise ship tours. He drove us to the cave tubing area, about 1 hour away and gave us informative information on the area, as well as answered any questions we had. We were still were way ahead of all the other tourists. We did not carry our tubes, he has some one up the river with them already. We walked through the jungle and across the river, very easy hike, I was hoping to burn off some of those cruise calories-did not. We floated along the river, peacefully, other groups were out there, but it was noisy. We had a peaceful pace, and even hung out down the river pass the place everyone else gets off. Afterwards, we were was shown where to grab a beer and he served us a lunch at the sight. I was so tasty and too much food, the chicken was tender and fall off the bone. I would recommend Luis, he was prompt, polite, and made sure our day was safe and enjoyable. Drop off back at pier.

We originally arranged our tour with Luis but when the ferry was closed for Christmas day and he couldn't get to our meeting location, he made arrangments for his brother Jose to meet up with us. Even though it was Christmas, Jose took his time and really gave us a nice leisurely tour (there were only 4 of us), rather than the big groups that were rushed from one point to the next. We really enjoyed his demeanor and ability to answer all of our questions. Great job Jose!

We started right from the airport with Luis. He was waiting for us at arrivals and loaded us up in the van to take us zip-lining and cave tubing en route to our resort destination. Luis did an excellent job telling us the history of Belize on our way to zip-lining. He put us in good hands and no waiting in lines with either activity. We did an excursion through Cave Tubing Paradise with Luis, Eric and Gabriel as our guides. We zip lined and did the cave tubing. It was a terrific experience. They were so helpful and patient. There were 16 of us in our group and it wasn't easy herding us where we needed to be in a time frame that would get us back to the ship. I had been told by another family member how great Cave Tubing Paradise was but Luis far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend it anyone going to Belize. Also, by the way, the youngest in our group was 4 and he participated in both activities with the help of Luis and Eric. Thanks to everyone at Cave Tubing Paradise!!
