This was an interesting tour experiencing a variety of vineyards from big to boutique. The lunch spot was exquisite.

We unfortunately we're not able to go on this tour, we were the only 2 people signed up for the tour so it was cancelled. I completely understand not being able to run a group tour with only 2 people however they did not make the cancellation process very smooth. We were told the tour would likely be cancelled the morning before our tour however they said they could not offer a cancellation and refund until 7pm that night because more people could still sign up during that day. We were offered another tour/date but could not make that time as it was our last day in Santiago. This put us in a very difficult situation because we wanted to book another tour for the next day but had to wait as our first tour was not officially cancelled. A full cancellation should be offered sooner than 7pm the night before in order to allow customers to make other arrangements. Additionally, we were not sent a message at 7pm telling us the tour was officially cancelled and had to contact the company again ourselves and we did not hear back until almost 8pm giving us a very narrow window to get another tour booked for the next day. We would have loved to try the tour but just be aware when booking this could happen.

Tour operator cancelled my tour last minute due to insufficient participant but they didn’t call me to inform me. I only found out when I called them as I haven’t heard from them since payment.

The three wineries we visited were very different from each other so we got to see some of the diversity in Chilean wine making. The guide, Alvaro was excellent. Food at the last winery was superb.

We were looking for a day trip not too far from Santiago and this was perfect! Benjamin was a knowledgeable and fun guide and we were able to taste a variety of wines from the region.

We loved our day of wine tasting with Benjamin and the rest of the group! Excellent. Wines, beautiful wineries, and informative conversation. Highly recommend!

Great tour all around. Victor is a great guy, very funny. The wineries were top notch, including all sorts of sizes and specialties - my favorite one was Bodegas RE, which I would definitely return. Pro tip, if you like anything at the wineries, don't be afraid to buy it, you might not find it elsewhere for the same price or find it at all.

Tour guide was rushing us along and didn’t provide any guidance or want to answer questions. Kept saying we needed to get back early to avoid traffic. I’ve been to wine tours in FR, IT, SP, US, GE and never had such a poor experience

It was a great tour. We enjoyed the wineries. It was very unfortunate that RE wouldn't seat us for a tasting but del Bosque and Alejandro was great. We really enjoyed our lunch as well in del Bosque. Thank you!

Our guide Victor was absolutely amazing! He made a great trip even better by sharing knowledge and history of the region and wineries. Very personable and funny! The winery selection and wine tastings were perfect. Would recommend 100 times over!

Tour was great. Victor kept us very entertained. The wineries gave us a nice peek into their operations. Something you never get in Napa.

This tour focused on wine tasting and didn't waste our time on vineyard and wine cellar tours. This tour got right to the point - wine tasting!

The tour was great! We felt like we had plenty of time at each winery and didn’t feel rushed. Victor was also great and really thoughtful, personable and provided good information on the drive. Lunch spot was really good too, located on beautiful grounds.

This wine tasting tour ticked all the boxes…Wine was great! Our guide Victor was excellent! Very comfortable, clean transport. The only thing I would suggest you avoid booking on a public holiday because the return highway traffic was horrendous.

Simply fantastic! The vineyard and tasting rooms is at par with the wine regions of Italy and Austria

I really enjoyed all three wineries and learning more about the Casablanca Valley. I also appreciated that the wineries were smaller production and sustainability oriented.

Very good tour to three very nice wineries. Driver and guide were on time. Had plenty of time at each stop to enjoy the wine and grounds. Lunch was very nice as well

Our review is mixed. Choice of wineries…5 star… excellent!. -Great overview of what the Casa Blanca Valley has to offer. -The scenery on the drive up is beautiful. . -Good heads up on pickup time. They arrived on schedule.. -Bus in good condition. -Driver was care-full The tour company. No stars! …Not so good - was advertised as an English tour. There was 4 out of 14 of the group that could only converse in English. On the presentation during the drive up, and by the tour guide at each winery, approximately only 25% was in English. At the second winery when we arrived, there were extensive explanations provided in Spanish. No mention was made of the fact that there would be English provided by t.he tour. We were never introduced to the winery guide. After more than 10 minutes of presentation by the winery guide in Spanish , my wife asked if we could hear the explanations in English. The wine tour guide became quite angry that my wife dared to interrupted her. “I’m a sommelier and not a tour guide,”. She then came down to our end of the table and very angrily verbally attacked her. I was very surprised that the company tour guide did not come to my wife’s defence. In fact, after we all got on the bus, the bus tour guide gave her a dressing down again in front of the group. “YOU NEED TO BE PATIENT!” Very unprofessional on his part. We have travelled to over 60 Countries with mostly excellent experiences, This one was not. I would hope that the tour company might be more open about their service offerings to English speaking clients. If you expect nothing you are never disappointed. The lunch stop could be improved. Out of our table of 8, only two received the full order.

Very well organized with an excellent guide. Was very nice to see 4 wineries with the last one as a lunch stop. They serve high quality food, but the service was not very good when we visited.
