I booked a layover tour to see Cassablanca. The driver picked me up and we drove around. We did not see any attractions, there was no 'sweets' as promised. The guide did not have an agenda. It was a waste of money.

Hassan II Mosque was more than impressive. Our drive Youssef was a delight, and well informed. Our family more thanenjoyed our very short time with him.

Abdul Rahim, our driver was impeccable. He picked us in a timely manner, was very friendly and courteous. Abdul gave us tips about travelling around Marrakech.

Highly recommend. Much easier than getting a taxi at airport as there are no taxi apps in Marrakesh. On time & very friendly. Would use again.

We had a wonderful time with Youssef! He was so informative. Beyond that, we got to feel the beauty of the people of Casablanca and the spirit of Morocco. Youssef’s courtesy and sensitivity to our needs was outstanding. We had a wonderful time! We now have a strong desire to come back for more.

Youseff was literally the best tour guide! He took us to the popular places and took the best pictures of us. He knew the ends and outs of Casablanca during our layover. He was such a good tour guide he made me want to come to Casablanca for an actual longer trip. He has a great attitude and was very patient with us especially since our flight was delayed. 10/10 recommend!

I had a 15 hour layover as a solo female traveler in Casablanca and I wanted to see the city but I wanted to make sure I was safe. I booked with this company when I landed at 10am for a pick-up at 12pm. Oussama was waiting for me once I got outside and was upbeat and friendly from the get-go. He explained everything to me as we drove around. Gave suggestions. Took my photos. Kept me company during my solo travel adventure. I got to see all the highlights. Never felt rushed. Felt like I was on my own timetable. Felt safe. Honestly, one of my favorite parts was the Restaurant Oussama picked out when I told him I wanted Tangine. We got to sit in an amazing atmosphere and eat like long-time friends. Laughing and sharing stories. In my short time in Morocco I am leaving having made a new friend/brother. I recommend this excursion for anyone who wants an easy tour of the city. My pick-up and drop-off were at the airport. The tour of the mosque was also special in that you get to explore the entire mosque and have a guide, the Amazing Abdel, explain things throughout. A truly memorable experience. Oussama gave me a lovely and very easy transfer from the airport and quick intro to Casablanca. He was knowledgeable about the city, was a great driver, and showed me some great sights. The panoramic view is not to be missed! He brought me directly to Abdel for a great tour of the Hassan 2 Mosque! What a treat to hear all about that amazing mosque.

Zouhair was amazing! I was the only one and he spoke excitedly about his country and was very helpful with questions. Dropping me off and picking me up. Even though I was so tired, he was so patient and willing to take lots of pics. Thank you again Zouhair!

Our guide, Abdo was amazing. He was extremely prompt and professional, and made our tour feel like it was catered to us and what we enjoyed. We felt comfortable with and the van was clean and had AC . The sites were amazing and the mosque was absolutely breathtaking. Abdo is a great representation of a growing city of Casablanca And he left us with a desire to return, as well as some very good treats.

Below is our personal experience. The driver was not available at the airport arrival area. Contact local provider number published was not working Then one of the other tour guide from a different company helped us for getting the right contact. He arranged another number and helped us to send the voucher to the party and then the tour operator confirmed that the driver will be coming soon. Thanks to the helping mentality of that person. after some time the driver appeared. Now the interesting part the driver did not take us to 3 major attractions, when we told that Morocco Mall he told that you can take a taxi and go there. The driver was 24 hours on telephone. Now each one of you can decide whether to choose this product or not...

We enjoyed our time! This was the perfect way to escape the humdrum of a layovers. Our guide, Zouhair was very personable and knowledgeable about the city. We definitely will do another tour with Viator in our next travels!

Mehdi picked us up from the airport. We had a hard time navigating through security and then customs and finally getting out of the airport at the right spot. Took us about an hour after landing. We had no cell service at the time and we were worried the guide would have given up and left. So to my surprise, he waited it out and was waiting for us with a sign with our family name on it. First impression was a friendly guy who wasn't trying too hard to be welcoming and helpful. He spoke great English which made communication easy and seamless. After explaining what we were up to for the morning, we went on to start the tour. For better context, we had a 4 day stay in Casablanca so not exactly a regular layover. We had booked a Airbnb for the 4 days but we arrived at 8:30 AM and check couldn't be until after 2 PM. So rather than sit at the airport with all our luggage, we contacted this tour that is a layover tour but with option to be dropped off at our hotel/apartment rather than the regular back to airport for same rate. We were tired after a long flight from the US, so he understood the assignment. He took us to all the spots described and we were really in control of how long to stay at a particular spot. He also took us to a very nice restaurant for a break by the ocean front. The food was amazing and the juices freshly prepared. The prices too were affordable for our large family as well. If you ever have a layover in casa and have 4 to 6 hours to kill, definitely book them. Even for a pick up to go to your place of stay, you can really swing this flexible tour in as well. And the greatest part? Integrity. I forgot my Canon camera in the minivan, no one noticed until Mehdi was cleaning up the van after he had already dropped us off. He contacted me right away via WhatsApp and arranged to come drop it off back to my place of stay even tho he was already off the clock. I wouldn't have known I forgot the camera in the van to begin with and never even realized I had misplaced it. Bravo to Premium Transfer tour. Your employee represented great value and by the end of the mini tour,he felt like family and an old friend. We will definitely be booking the Marrakech tour now and see where this next adventure takes us.

During a long layover my friend and I decided to book the Casablanca layover tour. We were paired with Youssef as our tour guide. He was very kind, welcoming and professional throughout our entire tour and made conversation to make us feel comfortable while educating us on the culture of Morocco. We made a few request and he delivered that. He took us to a restaurant we requested for dinner and made sure to take us into the restaurant and we made a few stops to come of the tourist locations. Then my friend made a request to find Moroccan mint tea and he found a location for us to relax before heading back to the airport for our flight. He is a great tour guide.

On an overnight layover in Casablanca, we decided not to waste the day, but to schedule a tour. Our flight wasn’t until 3 o’clock so we had plenty of time for a four hour tour. Tahir was our guide. He picked us up from our hotel (on time) and drove us around the city. Not only did we see the sites Casablanca is known for, like the mosque, but we were also able to see some behind the scenes places that we really enjoyed. It was great having a personal guide who was born in Casablanca, and therefore knew the city well. At the end of our tour, Tahir dropped us off at the airport in time for our flight. Definitely recommend this tour. Don’t waste your layover!

What an amazing trip! What made it the best was Oussama! So professional, polite, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. He made it a great experience. Let me tell you one thing in particular. We got stuck on the tarmac after landing and got behind some other flights. Took nearly 90 minutes to get through passport control. He could have thought we weren’t coming and left, but he was still there waiting patiently for us.

We were picked up at the hotel, given a good tour and brought back when we were finished. The driver was polite and informative, and I would recommend this tour to others.

Casablanca Airport: Total hassle delays, long lines, little in way of services. Workers dealing with irate people it appears all day / night but they in general were just doing their jobs as best they could. I used it twice one around 10am and the other time flight left at 2am. People with mounds of luggage, long lines at check in, hike to gates where there is little seating or services. so be prepared. I was flying out both times so have no arrival experience.

Tour guide Mourad, was exceptional! He excude great customer service and made my experience very memorable. Will recommend.
