A couple that was in our boat complained about the trip being loud and not relaxing, but I do feel that the agency explained that on the description. I’ll say it here though for further clarification ahah it’s definitely a party event and if you’re a party person this is the activity you want to book! Although it was in Spanish, it’s just self explanatory. I mean you just party lol 🥳

The whole ride was lit!!! 🔥 Our staff was entertaining and engaging. It can definitely get down and it might be a bit too much for some but it was perfect for us! It was just the kind of experience we were looking for and we met several locals and even other travelers

This was perfect right after a late afternoon lunch. The open bar is okay, but we were aware of this since the description mentioned it - which is why we brought our own bottles and that really made the experience pop! The boats are comfortable and there’s enough room to dance though I would’ve liked a bit more space

The Sunset Cruise was a beautiful scenery! Great experience to see the city from a different view! However, the tour guides are only Spanish speaking so just enjoy the views. The alcohol is all local so if you want something different bring your own alcohol. Also the club we went to was a bit low key not really a lit club but it could be because it was a Tuesday. Overall it was a good experience and I enjoyed the views!

I would give a negative 5 if I could. False advertisement. It’s a small ding boat with a motor. No open bar. Some guy standing around harassing you about beers and water and then throws the beer that you selected in the boat and that’s your open bar. There was chaos at the meeting location. I booked for 2 and there was a group of friends that also booked individually ( a total of 8 other couple) none of us would dare risk our lives and sanity on that tiny boat that was already crowded. We would have been unable to even stand. Sitting leg to leg with no wiggle room would have been the only option. Tatianna had no idea how to control the chaos. It was not indicative of Viator standard and I am extremely disappointed.

This tour was a true overstated, over exaggerated, false advertising. Do not book this tour. This is NOT a party boat. No open bar and an ugly fishing boat.

Boat “party” if you are with the right people. We met up with young booze cruise folks at the horses (like they tell you to). We had to go to the boat ramps to find out which boat we were supposed to be on. Some boats had families (would not suggest). We had 12 people upfront (family in the back) and we were all drinking and yelling and dancing and being fools. Crew made sure we didn’t do anything too dangerous. The liquor was 2 big bottles of not so tasty stuff, but it was only 10%, so we just ended up taking shots until it was gone. We got taken to a club outside the city walls immediately after that sucked. They charged us more for the mixers than the vodka bottle (we didn’t think to ask), and the place was dead except for us.

I feel slightly bad giving this 1 star, but the description by Viator is incredibly misleading and was VREY different from any of our other experiences in Cartagena. It started by getting a WhatsApp message at 4:07pm telling us we needed to meet at the Pegasus statues at 4:50. We showed up at 4:40pm, messaged the number as told (including describing what we were wearing), and received nothing back. We found other folks also looking for the tour operator and finally called the number at 4:53 when we hadn't found our tour guide. The woman sent us a video of where to go, which was quite obviously not the Pegasus statues - though those were in clear view of the dock where we were sent. We then waited 20 minutes to even board a sunset cruise and our first stop was to drop off the driver's gas tank at the petrol station. The "open bar" is not an open bar -- you have a choice of a local alcohol with orange juice or Coca-Cola with rum in tiny cups. We had been told we would return by 6:30 and did not dock until 7:20, which caused us to miss our dinner reservation. If all of these logistical issues were not enough, we also witnessed our captain drinking and the capacity of the boat clearly states 13 people -- there were 20 aboard and at some points, I was definitely worried that we would keel over as they let some of the folks stand up on the seats to dance. Oh! And there is no bathroom on the boat, so if you have to go, they help you to the back of the boat to go off the side.

A great option if you’re a solo female traveler looking for a safe space to party and have a drink or two.

This tour was horrible the meeting place has a bunch of boats no one knew what was going on it’s a bunch of people trying to sell you things. We didn’t meet a no rooftop bar or have a shot of tequila no host the people working the boat only spoke Spanish. We circle the city on the boat stopped in the water when the guy wanted everyone to say where they’re from and wanted people to dance when it was no room To dance because the boat was over packed we asked about life jacket the guy said they drive the boat slow so not to worry. When we got back to shore we were asking about the club we suppose to go. The guy who spoke no English directed us to some guy and Said he will walk us to the club which was about a 5 min walk. Got to the club no one wee on there and it smelled sour like mildew we used the bathroom and left This tour was very unorganized and we didn’t get nothing that they said would happen. I won’t recommend this tour to anyone.

Perfect for groups!! The open bar is rum, Guaro and gin! You can also bring your own bottles, there’s plenty of mixers too! The party was very upbeat and lit, the guide made it a good time!!

An excellent way to spend the afternoon! The bay looks amazing during this time and it’s perfect if you’re seeking to meet other travelers during your trip

We were a lot of people so they had to get a bigger boat for everyone, but our group were still able to celebrate on our own and have a blast. This experience was great for celebrations! I highly recommend you book 🙌🏼

Incredibly relaxing experience! It was great after an age terno on lucmh and day drinking. We didn’t partake too much in the open bar since we were already buzzing, but the boat excursion was worth it for us. I would do it again.

It was an excellent environment to party, meet people and just have fun. The staff was really awesome as well.

We enjoyed the ride, the sunset was a wonderful part of the activity. The drinks were plentiful and the music was great, wish the activity lasted for more than 2 hours. I recommend you book the experience, don’t miss out!

Our group booked this last minute and it was a lot of fun, we got too hammered thoguh ahaha but it was worth it since we continued on with the party. I recommend doing this!!

I think it’s worth doing, we had a great time.. though I recommend trying to book a private boat unless you don’t mind sharing this experience with others. Overall it was good 😊

Best night out Experience in Cartagena!! Wow, I don’t know if we just got lucky or what! But our group was the only people for the crawl and it felt like a private tour! Haha! It was so nice, because we’re able to have blast and full control of our time. Loraine made sure that everyone is having fun, we’re okay and having a good time. She brought us in the walled city area then walk our way to getsemani neighborhood. Different vibes of music, dancing with Locals and dancing with visitors! It was also my birthday so Loraine made sure that every club we go, I got to celebrate! Haha! So fun! Don’t skip this one. You will never regret.
