Celebrating my 40th birthday in Cartagena started with THIS photo session around the town! Paola and her assistant were wonderful and for a group of 6, were able to encourage us all to enjoy a professional photo session! It can feel uncomfortable sometimes having someone take photos as I don’t really know how to pose. Paola gave great direction to allow our natural personalities to shine! Paola is truly a master of her craft! I booked the memory session for my first solo trip to Cartagena and it was easily one of the highlights of my trip. The night before my trip my clothing delivery was delayed with my outfit that I had my photo shoot. I was in a state of panic traveling from the US the night before I was scheduled to leave! I emailed Paola for recommendations on where I could find some clothes when I landed in Cartagena to make the best of the situation and she was an angel on earth! She eased my anxiety and helped me with so many options of where to shop when I arrived. She checked on me when I arrived to ensure I found clothes in Colombia. She went above and beyond. The day of my photo shoot she met me in my hotel lobby bright and early and we explored the city capturing the beautiful art, getting all my angles, and the best lighting. I learned so much about the city and history from being with her. She is a true professional. She helped me with poses, and had a vision that translated to magic when I got the final edits! We laughed and enjoyed the memory session and she made sure I felt comfortable and had a good time. Paola is extremely professional and a true artist. The photos came out amazing! The vibrancy in the colors and the quality were unmatched! I am so happy that I booked this for my trip and each day I look at the pictures I’m reminded of my experience in sweet, sweet, Colombia! I took a private class with one of Paola's associates, Jason, and it was phenomenal. First off, the correspondence between Paola and me was exceptional. she truly was interested in making sure the photography class was not only a visual experience but also that I enhance my photography skills which was my main objective. Paola was great! She captured our pics very well. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and did not rush. We had kids and she was able to get and keep them engaged! I highly recommend.
