Had a fantastic cooking school experience with chef Daniel at Lunático experience. I booked through viator but other students said they found it on Airbnb experiences. As a solo traveler it was a great way to meet people. Daniel was very informative about Colombia and comida and taught us how to make 4 different ceviches (the class I chose). We had a lot of fun working together and even ended up going out to a bar together after.

I loved it! As a first time solo traveler I was a little scared but the chef was amazing and great! I had a great group as well.

Excellent tour of the REAL market. Jasmine was an excellent guide. The Ceviche was fun to make and very delicious (especially the Vegan option)

I signed up for the ceviche making class with Chef Daniel. He is truly one of a kind with so much experience from his world travels. We were able to share stories about our travels while we cooked our way through the menu of four cheviches. So delicious and I had a bonus lesson in learning local Spanish words to help me as I navigated Cartagena! Loved this experience - excellent instruction, learned new skills/cuisine, and had fun. Highly recommend!

Our group had an amazing experience with Daniel for our cooking class in Cartagena. He took us to the local market, where we sampled local fruit. The cooking class itself was interesting and fun! We made four different types of Colombian ceviches, and shared them together! I would definitely recommend this experience if you’re looking for a way to immerse yourself in the local culture and fill your belly with delicious food.

This experience was booked almost last minute and I am very pleased I booked! Jazmíne and her sous chefs were professional yet warm and hospitable. I really enjoyed how much they enjoyed sharing their culture with me. I loved being able to be hands on in preparing our meal. I appreciate the flexibility of the chef to accommodate my request for fish instead of beef. Also, we got the recipes within a day of class. I have already recommended this experience to someone else.

Excellent all around, from the knowledge of the chef to the rich history of the local ingredients. The facility was very clean and the wine was excellent

We really enjoyed this experience. We learned a lot about Colombian cuisine, got to pitch in on making a delicious meal (we know how to open a coconut now!), and then got to enjoy the very tasty food for lunch. Everyone was so friendly, we would definitely recommend!

This was a fantastic experience! Daniel was a great chef and had a blast with the group. We loved the small group atmosphere, great activity for our trip to Cartagena. Would recommend to anyone!

Daniel (the chef) was awesome! This was the highlight of my trip. I learned so much about Colombia and felt so comfortable here. I thought about talking more classes after such an awesome experience but there wasn’t enough time. All the staff was so kind and hospitable.

This was an awesome class. Food was excellent. The mix of individuals in the class was fun. The market left a lot to be desired and the description should be updated to include anyone with with any medical issues should probably not go to the market. Too much walking on uneven terrain for an individual with health issues.

Truly could not recommend this cooking class anymore. They have an incredible team of friendly people and make you feel at home. The cooking class was easily one of the biggest highlights of our trip.

Don't skip the market tour. The food was delicious, the class was hands on and you get the recipes to recreate when you go home. 10/10!

The views were incredible. You learn things & experienced many different things about Cartagena. Just have an open mind, it’ll expand your palette. The chef was very attentive & explained everything we were doing. Overall, go ahead & book because you won’t regret it.

We had a blast at this class with our friends. We did this while on a cruise and the timing worked well. The staff is so warm, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this class for anyone visiting with a few hours. Delicious authentic meal and great memories made.

Delightful time with Chef Daniel. He is clearly accomplished in his profession, and very passionate about Colombian cuisine. Fun experience, friend had recommended this. Food was delicious and we enjoyed the lunch. Only “criticism”: We would have preferred a shorter time, perhaps have food premade, to serve to students. Felt like 4+ hours was way too long for class and lunch.
