What an absolutely amazing day! The team (who are a family) here we’re absolutely outstanding right from leaving the hotel. Stopped on route and had a walk round a local market for 10 minutes. When we got there everyone was super welcoming. The time spent with the elephants was outstanding, from introduction to going on a short hike with them. Then back for lunch which was great and back out to walk and see / help the elephants getting washed. Everything was done at the elephants pace and you can really see how much these guys love their elephants. They went the extra mile taking plenty of photos for us then whatsapping them the next day! A day I won’t forget to soon!Picked up from the hotel in the morning and were driven to the mountains for this wonderful experience... Picked up from the hotel in the morning and were driven to the mountains for this wonderful experience... The drive to the mountains may require Dramadine if you're prone to motion sickness... But once we are at the sanctuary, the experience is one of a kind, with unthinkably close range interactions with the elephants being the highlight! Amazing to see the elephants going through their daily routines in a somewhat unrestricted environment... Definitely recommended!Definitely the best day of our Thailand trip! Definitely the best day of our Thailand trip! Extremely welcoming and humble people, that treat the elephants as part of their family. They are just as heartwarming as the elephants. You have a lot of time to get to know the individual animals and their character through various activities with them throughout the day. It was really a mind altering experience getting so close to these gentle giants. Now we are just talking about, when we will visit them again and how much the baby/kid (Tiara/Valentino) elephants might have grown until then. This was an amazing experience. This was an amazing experience. Non is a Karen man who has cared for Elephants basically all of his life and his passion and understanding is very evident. He explained the history of elephants in Thailand and the meaning they have especially in his family and he has a great mission to support Elephants and the local people as well. The day is amazing as you go from learning about the history to feeding and walking with the elephants and learning about their personalities along the way. Bathing with the elephants in the river was awesome because they are very playful and you can tell they love being in the water. The whole time you can tell that Non and the rest of the people taking care of the elephants love them and truly are doing this because it brings them meaning rather than like some places which are just businesses. Everything is extremely ethical and you are supporting this family of elephants as well as local people who devote their lives to them. This was the absolute highlight of our Thailand trip! This was the absolute highlight of our Thailand trip! If you’re looking for a day with elephant then choose this one! Every member of staff made our trip excellent from start to finish. You can see the elephant really care for their elephant keepers which made the experience even better. We learned about the history of elephants in Thailand and then each elephant at the village. We then fed the elephants walked with them in the jungle watched them play in a waterfall. After that a yummy lunch and then more elephants! Plenty of pictures and memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Care Pride Elephants!!
