Superb experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Just loved the vibe. The food was decent and fresh. Must try for everyone.

The was an amazing dinner cruise. the show was great and the staff was awesome. We had a lot of fun! I was glad to buy thia on Viator. Our hotel said they couldn't get us tickets same night. We bought on Viator same day and was cheaper.

The staff was hard working and professional. They kept the drinks flowing. Plus there was 5 seconds of fireworks at the end. Hence, the 2 stars. Theyre the saving grace of this sh*t show tbh! Its already 842pm and we just had dinner. Came here with my partner, 7 yr old and 16 yr old kids, and my yelp elite bff, her husband, we all were bored & uncomfortable. No real show. Wasnt even expecting a broadway production to begin with. This was all about selling, besides the 290 cdn I paid online for the steak dinner option x 3. Had to pay 70 usd upon checking in. Food was horrible. Fast fry piece of seasoned meat and overcooked veggies. Shouldve read the reviews here in Yelp. Will never believe the paid reviews of google. I’m usually a positive and patient person but this was a COMPLETE WASTE of time and money. Everybody in my group got hangry & couldn't wait for this to end. If we were docked, we would've walked out. Honestly, I think going to a time share presentation will be less painful… This is definitely NOT for kids -unless yours love to dance to club music and go to raves. 5 hours of our lives we will never get back. Neverrr again.

The entire crew made this whole experience fun, my husband and I had a great time. The food was so delicious, I definitely recommend it

The show was amazing would do it again and tell my whole family . The team was very nice it was a vibe.Fun started from the line till we got off the ship.

The fighting at the end was the best for me. They spoke Spanish and English for the most part. Pretty funny for all ages. The food was okay, a little overcooked for the steak and lobster. Would go again again maybe with the vip section to have more room to eat. They also did have a back area where you could eat, but you would miss part of the show... overall great show.

Mexican pirates! We all loved it! Great entertainment and food and drinks. Glad we booked it. We met up with another pirate ship and had a great show. My toddler loved it. Would absolutely recommend.

Our server and the staff were great and very entertaining, the fireworks were great too, nice long experience.

This is all you need to know! DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ $ AND VACATION ATTENDING THIS EVENT. I read the bad comment and did not believe it until I went by myself and had the worst night in Cancun when a parrot asked me for tips and I said that I didn't have and them he came back and asked me to make a bank transfer while I was watching the show!! TRUE HARASSMENT.

Fabulous time! Entertaining from the start to end, well organised, plenty of drinks, food very good, staff great. Very family friendly. Loved being on Jack Sparrows ship!

This was a super fun experience. The actors were great and all decked out. Costumes and make up were on point. They definitely enjoyed their jobs and it showed!! The winds were strong so we didn’t get to go out of port but we had a blast anyway. They did a show the entire time 6-10. The photo with captain jack was presented at the end to folks in a really neat keepsake frame and I kinda wished we did that. Food was ok, don’t expect a 5 star dinner or amazing drinks. The waiters “pirates” worked their tails off to get everyone served and keep the drinks flowing. There were families there and the kids had a lot of fun as well. We are not very touristy kind of people but we did really enjoy this. If I could make one… or two suggestions for them: turn off the echo microphone effect if you are speaking more than three words and turn down the volume one or two notches. Also- THERE IS NO ADDRESS on Viator, Google it ahead of time to avoid the panic of being late. We were late but definitely not the last ones to arrive.

I would not recommend this for anyone. The employees were very offensive. They did not allow us to even experience the pirate show they were quick to place judgement and make false accusations not allowing our party of four not even get our tickets. They made us feel less then, we were asked if we spoke Spanish we said no. We were taken to a wall to read a sign that no one could board if we consume achocol. We were very confused, concerned why we had been accused of drinking when there had been no drinking. We planned on having dinner, and drinks on the excurison.

The customer service is horrible. This was given to us a gift, and the purchaser of the tickets accidently booked the entire experience twice, so after MUCH back and forth, providing proof of double payments we were finally told one experience would be refunded (they did NOT make it easy). Once you arrive at the show (we paid for show, dinner and transport home), you are then told you need to pay a whole new tax for each member of your family "tax"...I think it was around $70 USD for our family of 2 adults and 3 & 5 year olds. The show itself was good, the service good, kids enjoyed it. Once we got off the boat around 8:30pm, we walked up the road to meet our transport...who wasn't there. We were told there was bad traffic and they were running late. We repeatedly over the next hour asked the attendant to call our driver to see how far he was and he refused, and kept telling us 15 minutes, 20 minutes...It was getting extremely uncomfortable waiting on the side of the road with our 2 small children who were tired and upset. Finally, at 9:45 (an hour and 15 minutes after our show ended) we were told our transport had arrived. We hoped in the van, buckled the kids in, and waited....the driver NEVER got in the car. After 10 minutes my husband hopped out and asked when we were leaving. He was told not for another 20 minutes because we had more families to take home AFTER THE SECOND SHOW! We immediately got out of the van, found a taxi and paid the $80USD back to our resort. Our transport back to our hotel was pre-paid, it is VERY clear they never intended to bring us back prior to the SECOND show ending (at 10:30 pm!!), were completely OK with our family in the DARK on the side of the road waiting. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS COMPANY! I have been going back and forth with them on whatsapp for 10 days requesting a refund for our transport which they refuse because "we chose to get our own taxi"! So disappointed in their customer service.

The most memorable is that we were denied entrance with our group, Young obviously, inexperienced employee, claiming one person in our group was drunk, that was not even drinking and just woken up from a long approximately 40 minute car ride because our Uber driver was confused with the directions given to the location of the pirate trip. . We spent the whole day in the sun at the beach and the swimming pool at our very nice hotel. Unfortunately, the person at the entrance immediately walked us over to a sign, indicating they didn’t let anybody in who was inebriated, in which none of us had alcohol in our system except one person in the last 24 hours, in which case this person it had been several hours since they had alcohol. The Entrance situation quickly went south when she asked the gentleman where his tickets were and he pointed to his wife, and I had the tickets for me and my cousin both adults well over our 50s. It was insulting and disgusting. I want a refund.. she asked if we spoke Spanish and I said no I can understand Spanish very well and she went onto to tell another employee that we were all drunk and I told her I understood what she just said and she was angered at that point, and questioned why I told her I didn’t speak Spanish. There was absolutely nothing in our group behavior that would indicate any type of nonsense or drunkenness!!! It was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve ever had!!! We were offered a different date to come back. It made me very curious as to what the real issue was were there not enough steaks? Was it oversold like I said it was just the weirdest experience I would never recommend this particular pirate trip to anyone. Actually, zero stars with customer service. I’m sure they’re ready to call the cops on us because we were so questioning the reasoning.

What a great experience!! The show and the food was great and the view was amazing we paid extra for the vip access so we could be on top to see everything better and it was honestly totally worth that extra bit of money!

I asked three people for upgraded seats and i was of course going to pay for it. I was Tenth person on boat and they forgot about me so no upgrades were available by the time the boat loaded and left. It was the worst dinner and show i ever paid for

What an awesome show. Very entertaining and tons of fun. Perfect show for all ages. Best show in Cancun and a great evening.

Performers were great, especially Calypso! But the food was horrible. For how expensive it was not worth it. One of our steaks was way overcooked and the other was raw (both ordered medium). Charged many additional fees too that amounted to 40usd AFTER we already paid well over a hundred for the tickets. This cruise was full of flashing lights, way too many people (shoulder to shoulder) and not enough places to sit (they removed the uncomfortably stools half way through and my disabled partner was forced to stand in pain!). Also it was closer to 5 hours than the promised 3, so don’t make any other plans. Overall, while the performance was great, the execution of it all was horribly planned.
