I loved seeing Capri by the sea. The best part I think! Swimming was fantastic. Marco our skipper was fun. Enjoy!!!

Being on the boat in Italy sells itself, but the tour guide was very quiet, didn’t explain anything and just randomly pointed things out with no explanation of their significance. The two girls that brought us to the boat were very standoffish, did not get anyone excited for the tour, and one of them was smoking a vape as they only spoke amongst themselves, very unprofessional.

I rarely leave bad reviews but had a horrible experience with H&P Travel who ran this tour. 1. These people are scammers. We accidentally double booked (paid twice), which the staff knew but chose to not tell us until we arrived. When we tried to get a refund for one of the bookings - the lady who 'welcomed' us said to tell the captain, the captain told us to talk to the staff at the counter, the counter staff told us to submit it online and the office in Naples will 'handle it'. I asked if we'd get our money back and the staff assured us that it will be refunded. It was not. It was a clear tactic to get us to leave Capri so we wouldn't be their problem. They then ghosted my messages on WhatsApp asking why did they lie to us in person and then refuse the refund. If you are worried about the 1% probability that something might go wrong, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY. They will collect your money and run. 2. Also, the price of this tour is quite a bit more than the other available ~2 hour tour options. I booked this because I thought it would be nicer, it absolutely was not. Boat doesn't have a bathroom onboard (which again no one told us). You might think cheaper boats are not as nice / have more people onboard but trust me it makes no difference in your experience. You can also get a boat tour for even cheaper once you are in Capri, there are many boats around. 3. The actual tour was mediocre. Captain was basically the only nice person in the entire experience, but barely spoke English so we didn't understand anything he tried to explain. Swam for less than 5 minutes.

Gorgeous tour of Capri by water on an authentic unique boat on found in Capri. It’s a must do when visiting this island.

This is one of the most enjoyable tours of our whole trip. Capri is so beautiful from the waters. We arrived on time and was soon lead to a nice boat where we were greeted by Roberto the captain. He was polite, friendly, and a skilled skipper. As he drove around the island, he pointed out various grottos and villas of celebrities. We also got up close to the grottos to get a closer look. He stopped at a great spot for photos and helped all the groups on board to take pictures. When we stopped for a swim, Roberto checked to make sure there wasn't jellyfish in the water. Limoncello and snacks were offered. The tour lasted for about 140 minutes. All in all, this tour exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it.

The water was choppy due to the wind, but the blue water was amazing! Marco was a great captain and found a calm place for us to swim. We had the best time!!

First to say the tour guide Allessandro was excellent, being very helpful and giving good advice, but the logistics of the tour were a mess. The tour was supposed to take 8 hours starting at 9:30am, so we'd booked dinner for 7:30pm giving us two hours grace. However we didn't arrive back in Vico Equense till after 7:30 and so had to change our reservation. We were picked up at 9:30am by minibus and driven to Marina Aequa (part of Vico Equense) and waited there till 10:40 when the ferry took us to Capri. On Capri we had a rushed transfer to the round-the-island tour boat. After that we had the afternoon to amuse ourselves on a very busy Capri, till the return ferry left at 6:15pm. Fortunately the bus back to Vico station was waiting for us. We felt we wouldn't have had the timing issues if we'd booked our own ferry and we'd have had freedom to leave Capri earlier. The round-the-island boat tour with swimming was very enjoyable

WONDERFUL time! Best thing we did in Capri, and captain was very entertaining! We were definitely living the “SWEET LIFE.” Was exactly as described…..even better!

TERRIBLE!! The tour operator spoke 0 English and then our boat engine died multiple times!! The first time we almost crashed into the rocks. When I complained afterwords, I was basically told that I was lying! We also had to cut the tour short for this reason.

Wonderful!! I really enjoyed my time on this boat tour, it met all my expectations except for one thing: I believe that snacks and drinks were supposed to be included, and we were served a taste of limoncello but nothing else.

Super hilly. Not for anyone who does like to walk up and down hills. Not much to do except shop high end stores. Super expensive Boat tours are nice and food is good but pricey. Bowl of soup between 20-25 Euros Good

Amazing boat driver. 2 other passengers were great! The views are insane and hopefully Blue Grotto is open but everything else was amazing!

This experience was not as advertised. I’m not generally one to leave bad reviews, but since there are so many options for Capri tours, I want to save someone from booking this one for extras that we didn’t receive. The tour left 45 minutes late, eating into our already limited time in Capri, and there was No limoncello and No snacks offered in the tour and no explanation of landmarks, we were just put on a boat and amused ourselves with the beautiful scenery while our driver/guide talked on the phone and seemed to be listening to a podcast or audiobook. In short, similar tours that don’t promise extras we didn’t get can be booked for less, so do that, or ask about the limoncello and snacks before boarding the boat

Went with a girlfriend. We had a fabulous time and enjoyed swimming in two beautiful spots, along with all of the sights around Capri. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to have a fun tour with a small group.

Best activity we have done! You truly get to see the beauty of Capri. Small boat tour that is intimate. We had a really lovely group of families with us. Could not recommend more!!! We got to swim at the most incredible beach. I have never seen such clear, blue/aqua water.

When you arrive at the office to check in make sure you keep asking where you need to go. After you are confirmed with your captain the rest of the trip is a breeze Giancarlo was wonderful.

Boat trip was very nice. Seeing the grottos and the rocks was very cool. You do not go into any of the blue grottos—the boat is too big. It fit 12 of us comfortably. The swimming and the limoncello were delicious. There were no “snacks” that I could see, so definitely recommend having something before you get on the boat.

The tour company could not have been more helpful or accommodating, so this review in no way should reflect on them. The company delayed our tour for as long as they could, and offered us spots on a tour later in the day. We were unable to do the later tour, but, their efforts were sincere and they were really helpful. When we go back, we would use them again. However - Due to limited port space for the large number of ferry's docking in Capri, our ferry from Sorrento was unable to dock, and we missed the tour. It took almost 90 minutes to complete what was scheduled to be a 30 minute ferry ride from Sorrento. So, be aware of the scheduled times and get on the earliest ferry possible if you're coming to Capri from Sorrento. No la Dolce Vita for us!
