Excellent visit with our guide, very interesting information shared on the history of this area, wonderful landscape !

The Driver/guide was very good at putting together a tour that met all of our "want to see" sights. As we have some walking issues over uneven ground and distance, he quickly made accommodations to better meet our needs which was much appreciated. Great custom tour!

Supposed to start at 7am. 7:30 they sent message saying new driver would be en route due to illness. Said he was en route but not pick us up until 9am. We asked to cancel as we had later plans and they would not cancel. New drive never showed up until 9:30. Driver was pleasant and informative but very difficult to understand. He didn’t know what we were to do or where we were going. Very poor performance by the tour company.

My favorite part of this trip besides the kind and beautiful people in this country would have to be the amazing view from Chapman's peak as you drive along it. Such a beautiful sight.

We sensed something was wrong when the tour operator was not replying to our messages about contact details of the driver for the tour next day. On the day of the tour, we realised that the tour operator is acting as an aggregator by allotting bookings to "freelancers" not associated with the tour operator himself. Despite a confirmation of making a car seat available for the long drive, the "freelancing driver" arrived without the car seat and mentioned he was not informed. When we told him about the confirmation from the tour operator on Viator app, the driver kept insisting we connect with Viator because he is a "freelancer" and cannot speak to the tour operator. There were no water bottles as mentioned in the tour description. When asked to ensure availability of a car seat (as promised) and water bottles (as per tour description, the "guide/driver" stopped speaking to us and kept insisting we contact Viator. I did not feel safe going for a long journey in such a situation and got out of the vehicle. We complained to Viator who tried for many days to get a refund from the tour operator but he did not respond to them too. Finally, Viator issued us a full refund once we explained our circumstances and shared video proof of our exchange with the "freelancer". Thank you to Viator for helping but we do not recommend anyone else to book this tour.

Operator cancelled 5 minutes before they were due to collect me citing staff sickness, making it impossible to get a replacement. Was the last day of our holiday so we missed out on a trip we'd been looking forward to for months. Operator issued refund quickly, but Viator customer service worse than useless (wasted an hour on webchat with them doing nothing to assist).

The driver was an hour late although we were contacted 15 minutes after our pick up time to say he would be late. There was no water in the vehicle and I had to ask him to stop at a shop so I could buy some. I also had to ask him to put on the air conditioning. The driver was knowledgeable about the areas we visited but it was nothing like the advert.

We had an excellent day with Wesley! Our collective accents made it a bit challenging to understand one another, but we joked about it. He was more than willing to accommodate our requests and itinerary modifications. Overall, an excellent excursion.

Had a great day!! Blaise was a very informative guide, and I had great time going down to Cape Point. Highlights were fish and chips by the harbour, the views, and seeing the penguins!!

The cape coast itself was the highlight , absolutely stunning. Great history by guide Blaise. Stopped off at fabulous spots for photo ops.

We had a wonderful tour with Captain Mario. He is very informative and gave us information and history along the entire route. He stopped at many very beautiful places along the route and even last minutes added a stop to Table Mountain since we had limited time. We were able to make it to all the major sites despite our limited town. Highly professional. We really enjoyed an amazing day seeing and learning about the capetown peninsula including visiting cape of good hope and seeing penguins and seals. Would strongly recommend for your capetown visit!

We cannot recommend Mario highly enough. He was hugely knowledgable and engaging and regularly went out of his way to maximise the things we could see that matched our areas of interest. Do not hesitate to book this service and thank you Mario!

A fantastic day with ‘Captain’ Joao Mario whose friendly, helpful and informative guidance and direction throughout the trip enhanced the overall experience. The luxury private tour enabled us to see Table Mountain and a large percentage of the beautiful coastal landscapes to between Cape Town to Cape of Good Hope and back again. We fully recommend this tour to anyone wishing to experience the variety of Cape Town’s wonderful landscape.
