Jump was amazing!!!! Well worth it! I was terrified and our guide I think his name was Hudson.. was amazing! He was so funny and kept everyone in the group so calm. So glad I did it!

I did this the day after I went paragliding. It was a phenomenal activity and I cannot wait to do it again! I was calm up until I stood on the platform and had to take that first step. Absolutely terrifying and awesome and exhilirating! The staff were fantastic guys, extremely professional and fun. I paid for a video and I'm so glad I did. It's very professional looking and I've watched it so many times and showed all my friends!

This was an experience that I will remember for the rest of my life. The staff were very welcoming and fun to be around. The swing was worth every penny and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Do not miss an opportunity to come and give it a go.

It was absolutely incredible! I booked the Swing and Bungee experiences with Outdoor Adventures, and let me tell you, I was completely blown away. Everything was top-notch. First and foremost, the crew was absolutely phenomenal — seriously, they're the absolute best in the world. The location? Oh my goodness, it was nothing short of spectacular. I had an exceptionally beautiful day throughout. You can bet your bottom dollar that I'll be doing this again someday.

The canyon swing was truly an unbelievable, unforgettable experience. The instructor / guide (sorry can't remember her name!) made us feel super comfortable and calm about what was going to be a potentially terrifying experience! Unfortunately can't give 5 stars due to the video costing around £50! I know Switzerland is an expensive country but there is no way it costs this much for the video to be shot and automatically edited - it's just pure greed.

This is a terrifyingly fun experience! The guides are supportive the whole way through and it is a moment you won’t forget. You have about 3 seconds of free fall before you swing back and forth in the canyon for about 6 swings which is a blast! The canyon walk afterwards is very beautiful as well. They have plenty of Gopros to give you a good video which you can purchase for 49 Franks which is a lot but worth the epic footage you receive. Thank you outdoor interlaken for a great adventure.

We did just about every active thing you can do in the region and this by far was our family's #1 ranked thing we did. It's amazingly smooth and an amazing experience. Folks who were on our trip have done skydiving and bungee jumping and they all said this was better. If you are even mild thrill seekers I would strongly recommend doing this. Only dumb thing I didn't pick up on is the "Glacier Canyon" is in the same place as this so we visited this place the day before and paid to tour that then came back for the canyon swing not realizing it drops you in the same location and you don't have to pay for entry to that. Have someone with a phone film from either the jump platform and/or from the place down below as it's hard to grasp the scale of this without the video. You can also pay for the GoPro video looking down the rope as you jump.

The team was always present if there were any questions. I've never had to wait a day before they send me a response per email. During the event, they managed to adapt the experience because of the weather. The only thing to improve would be the recall option. I've had to go through the whole call menu before I could explain the problem to the wrong person (it's partly my fault because I've chosen the wrong language)

The Canyon Swing was a blast. Anna and Sue could not have been better guides to show us all the ropes ;-) . The entire activity was well put together with safety at the top of the list. The 3 camera video that I purchased of my swing has to be the most professional I've seen for an outdoor activity of this type ..... well worth the purchase.

The jump was awesome. Swinging through the canyon was super fun, and the jump is over in a couple of seconds. I wouldn’t hesitate to do it again. Great bonding experience with my 19 year old son. I can’t say enough about the staff for our jump. Two of the nicest people we met on our trip. Focused on safety and highly supportive, all of my group jumped and everyone loved it. One of the staff gave us travel tips for the rest of our journey. The jump is from a high platform directly over a raging glacier river, so know your limits regarding fear of heights. But if you can hop 18” in front of you, you can do the swing. Great memories my son and I will have forever.

One of the biggest thrills in my life! The free fall is longer than I thought before the swing takes you. Intense and incredible! Friendly and professional staff. Memory of a lifetime.

This was an amazing experience! Our guides were Neal and Flurine. They were both professional and fun. We were driven up to the top of the glacier canyon—which is an incredible sight in itself—I was put in a specialized harness that helped to make me feel safe. They asked who wanted to go first—there were 5 of us—and I volunteered. We had already seen Flurine cartwheel off the side, so merely stepping off the side seemed tame in comparison. For some reason, I was not completely prepared for the 20 or so seconds of free falling, but it was great fun. Then, when you are at the bottom, you swing—very fast at first. More fun! Once you have slowed sufficiently, Flurine threw a rope to me and I pulled myself to the side, with his assistance. If you like the rush of adrenaline and are not too afraid of heights, this is one activity that should not be missed if you are going to be in the Interlaken area.

As someone who has a big problem with heights, this was a very challenging and nerve cracking experience but as equally exciting and breath taking. All process from booking the swing online up to the end of the jump was smooth. The meet up was on time and the two guides who were with us (Allen & Flurin) were very professional, and gave clear instructions. One of the guides jumped first to boost our confidence in the gear they prepared. Few days after the swing, I received a nicely edited 4 min video to my email. I wouldn't hesitate to book a another activity with them in the future if I visit Switzerland again.

Thrilling experience with a team that is super dialed and extremely good at what they do. Once I had a good feel for their experience (in not only safety but also in photo/video and creating an awesome vibe), I trusted them fully with delivering a safe and unforgettable adventure. Sure, it's a little scary to make that initial leap (that's a huge part of the fun) but that feeling when you reach peak speed soaring through the canyon ... wow .... just nothing like it! I highly recommend this experience. I look forward to doing it again.

I was in Switzerland for 3 days only, so I wanted to do something special and decided why not try out the canyon swing. I booked 3 days in advance, since they only take 12 people per departure. Booking the canyon swing online via the outdoor-interlaken website is pretty easy. You can choose where you want to meet up and the guides come pic you up. Communication is very good and its all well organized. For the meeting point in Interlaken (Outdoor-Interlaken HQ) you can park near the sports hall (Tellweg). After the meet up, the guides drove me up to Grindelwald to the "Gletscherschlucht" where I met the other participants. (I was the only one who chose the HQ meeting point in Interlaken). We were 6 participants. We got a last chance to go to the restrooms before we drove up to the jump. On the way up and during the activity the guides filmed us via gopro. They later edit a whole video of the experience and sent it to those who payed for the video add on. After taking on our harnesses the guides split up (one stays with us at the jump and the other waits at the base). The guide staying with us gave us some explanations and safety briefing before we jumped. I volunteered to jump first. I agree, I got nervous standing on that ledge, so did the other guys. The jump is very thrilling, you jump into the narrow gorge and swing back and forth. The stomach drop you get while falling is pretty intense. Arriving down you really feel like you achieved something. Its incredible. Now on the bottom you can watch the others jump or go explore the gorge a little. At the end we got a free drink (water/beer/soda) and the ride back. At the end I have to add that our guides where very nice and friendly. You can have a chat with them, they are relax and dont rush at all. The atmosphere was all chill. Special thanks to them! The activity is a bit expensive but totally worth it. I'd recommend it to everyone staying in Switzerland (around Grindelwald) who wants a real thrill ...or confront they fear of heights haha

My favorite part of the experience was everything! It was a total blast!! My advice is do it, FUN!! Our guides were Florin and Stephan, these guys are fantastic!! Very professional and made the whole experience extremely safe but also a ton of fun!! My teenage daughters were static from the whole thing, they loved it and I also gained a lot of father points today😁 I also jumped and it was with a smile on my face, definitely a memorable experience which when I get friends over to visit would definitely bring them here to do the Canyon Swing, and I would absolutely do it again! So much fun!! I so badly wanted to do it, just a moment of hesitation at the edge but it was a positive experience all around. The guides are great, transport and drink included. Would highly recommend and I’d definitely go again!
