Jai was an awesome tour guide! He made us feel welcome and really made an effort to explain a lot about the local area. He took time to learn about us and our preferences and showed us the things we would be interested in. He skipped a lot of the tourist traps and you got to see a more authentic Cameron Highlands. He bought us local food from the market to try and took us to two plantations, a waterfall, indigenous local stalls and various viewpoints. We had a great time on the tour and it was a fun day out!

We were greeted and shared with interesting insights about Ipoh, her natural beauty, resources and history from the moment Jai picked us up in the morning. The entire tour was well thought out, a great mini expedition to the beautiful tea plantations (better in person than in pictures!) and the orchid garden was truly one of a kind. We were lucky to beat the traffic and crowd during this non peak period. Even a little rain didn't dampen the experience. The friendly smiles, generous meeting of locals along the route made this more authentic than one would imagine. It's definitely worth having Jai to guide you through and through your travels around Ipoh. Will definitely recommend! 110/10 experience.

The tour was awesome, pick up was flexible and smooth. Wassu our tour guide had plenty of local knowledge which was communicated to us throughout the day. We tried local food saw the tea fields and went to a picturesque water fall. It’s action packed day with plenty of photo opportunities.

We did our last minute booking via Viator for the tour. Jai , our tour guide arrived at our hotel on time the next morning. We were deeply impressed by Jai' s fun nature and deep knowledge about Cameron Highlands. He made everything so easy and convenient for us and treated us with the local farm products. We will definitely recommend Jai to those who want to explore Cameron Highlands.

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour from Ipoh to the Cameron Highlands. Our guide, Jai, was simply outstanding. He has a deep knowledge of the region, its history and also its current economic and cultural development. We were thoroughly entertained and informed throughout the very full day. As well as the famous fruit farms and tea plantations he introduced us the local markets, produce and people. Overall it was excellent value for money and highly recommended.

This was an amazing tour to see the Cameron Highlands. It was great to be in nature, but also learn about the history of the area and taste some delicious food. Jai’s extensive knowledge of all the places we went to enriched the experience for me. I also appreciated how Jai strives to continually improve his tours, adapting it based on customer feedback; he explained his reasoning for choosing to go to certain places over others in our itinerary given his experience in tourism. I would highly recommend to all tourists!

Great private tour! It was full of beautiful views and it was very nice to get away from the heat of the city centre. A customizable tour as well.

Arranged this trip with Jaie by email and then WhatsApp. It was easy enough to do and quick response from Jaie to all questions and arrangements. Was picked up from hotel in Ipoh at 7:30am, the agreed time. We proceeded to the Cameron Highlands via the new road. Comfort breaks were scheduled into the journey and we stopped for refreshments. Visiting Green View Gardens, Lavender Garden, BOH tea plantation, a flower and vegetable farm, Cameron Valley tea plantation, market and waterfalls, returning by the old road. Jaie is an excellent guide who provides detailed information on the plants including their Latin names, geology, history, people, food, agriculture etc. He will also ensure stops at local places and markets to sample local food special to the Highlands. Time was also allowed for independent sightseeing at some locations. Never felt rushed and a thoroughly enjoyable day. If you have 1 day to see the Cameron Highlands get Jaie

I booked this tour for me, my husband, and his two brothers. We had an incredible time with our guide Jai and the driver Masu(?). The tour was well planned out: the pick up was easy, the tour and explanations were fantastic, and they even had lots of yummy local snacks for us to try. We had a returning bus that night - Jai and Masu were able to adjust plans to accomodate us and Masu gave his all to get us to the bus station. All in all, we had an incredible time and would recommend this tour to anyone looking to visit the Cameron Highlands!

We had a wonderful day with Jai. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and full of positive energy! We learnt a lot about Malaysia and the tea plantations, and were able to try authentic Malaysian fruit, vegetables and street food. This trip was the highlight of our holiday to Malaysia. We learned so much of the history of Ipoh as well as the local culture. You never feel rushed as you make your way through the itinerary and Jai makes sure to avoid the tourist traps. One of our favourite aspects was tasting all the local snacks; this is something that we wouldn't have had the confidence to do by ourselves so it was a real treat on this tour to try so many unique and delicious snacks. I highly recommend visitors to Ipoh to book this trip! You are getting your moneys worth.
