This experience was great! However, the people are what made it happen. We got a few people who were super cool sharing their experience with camels. Joanna, Joab, Leonardo are among the ones we remember, but all of them working as a team in the morning, were respectful, funny and entertaining with their knowledge of the camels and the history behind them. Fabian was awesome! He toured us around and made sure we were taken care of. For the life of us, we can't remember her name but the petite girl with some cool eyeliner who toured us around w the birds, bunnies, Crocs and guinea pigs was such a knowledgeable and loving person with all of us to help us understand their biological environment and petting the ones we could pet. We loved her! Last but not least, our staff at the bar when we stepped to eat and drink, they were so cool 😎 and super clean, fast, friendly and helpful with our extra orders. The drivers were very friendly too. They picked us up a little early but they were patient enough for us to get to the lobby. Also, thanks to Joanna/Savanna who helped us get our daughter's sweater back! This place is professional and friendly. Totally worth it. If I can say something I wish could've topped this, is a longer camel walk as we've experienced before in other tours and better photography- that was a bit disappointing and I didn't buy it but I also disagree with the overpriced amount. I also wish to have learned that there's an all day park pass to buy so you can do ALL their activities onsite for $195USD/pp. They have a lot of cool stuff.

Isha was our tour guide. We had a very interesting overview about camels before our ride. We then rode together two by two along the coast, about 20 minutes. Isha then took us on a nature walk describing different local plants. A lot of the plants were blooming. The final part was a Mexican lunch followed by a tequila tasting. Isha was friendly, informative and delightful.

The staff was very friendly and punctual. The Camel tour was awesome! I loved the guides Joanna and Joab and the other guides Jair, Memo and Carlos. Also the guy who showed us the zoo was very nice. I believe they treat the animals with great care and love. Loved Sahara, the female camel!

The staff at the camel quest were funny and very knowledgeable. A few of my kids said it was their favorite part of Wild Canyon.

They did everything very quickly as if they wanted to finish with us quickly. We couldn't all see the animals (because according to there wasn't much time) when we finished with the camels, which by the way was fantastic and the attention of the guys who worked there was phenomenal… but afterwards After that we went to the water park and my son could only be there for about 10 minutes. They also brought us food and drinks and we couldn't even consume them because the transport that we had to leave was already waiting for us. The truth is not fair, we paid 110 dollars for each one in experia and then in the place you must pay 20 more for each one so that everything is so fast. And not to mention the price of the very expensive souvenir photos ... the camels were good, the beautiful Sahara show and the attention of the boys it was excellent

Remarkable camel adventure and a show of how they are trained along with an engaging walk thru the mini zoo area. Loved it all and the people who took us on each adventure. Improvements, the shuttle from the hotel was 25 minutes late picking us up and we were told to return to the area at 3pm for our return ride back to wait an additional 40 minutes. When we asked about the delay the response from a worker was they could call a taxi for us. Not exactly what we were looking for lol. I asked if it was normal for the driver to run late and the answer is yes. Lol. Kind of silly just change the time. The $20 per person park entrance fee was noted prior to the tour and we were prepared for it. The unfortunate part was that it honestly did not feel like any kind of sanctuary/ park as we would expect. If they could fix the timing of the shuttles I would highly recommend but without any communication on why they are late is a little disappointing.

David Vasquez led us on our camel tour. It was the first time my wife and I rode camels and he did a great job making sure we were comfortable and informed about what was going to happen! He was knowledgeable, a great conversationalist and very genuine throughout the entire portion of our Wild Canyon Adventure! David had a great sense of humor and it was easy to see that he was passionate about his job and the camels! If you’re in Cabo, make sure to go to Wild Canyon because it’s a great adventure, but you have to stop by to see David and the beautiful, Ms. Sahara with her lovely kisses!! We had so much fun throughout our entire day, but our experience with David will always be remembered for years to come! We hope to visit in the future and see David again! David will always hold a special place in our lives for him being so great and welcoming on our honeymoon! FYI: David is on the platform in the picture!

We really enjoyed migel in the animal sanctuary, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We enjoyed that almost as much as the camels. We rode Aladdin and another and the guides were great and camels so sweet. We even got to feed one and she gave us kisses on the cheek! The lunch was perfect and the smoothies were wonderful. All in all, a really awesome time!

This place was great! We did the camel ride which was so much fun. We learned about camels and the despite the heat the ride was very nice. We got to take pictures with a camel when we got back. Then we went to the animal sanctuary and had lunch that was included in the package. The guacamole was really good lol The staff was super friendly too!

Probably the most disappointing of all the activities there. The camels are all tethered together, which looks uncomfortable for them, and they walked us about 100 yards and then turned around and came back. It didn’t live up to the hype. Still would recommend the park though.

Note: This is for the Camel Quest & Wildlife Sanctuary only, no waterslides. We booked through another party and the excursion included camel rides, snacks, drinks and a sanctuary tour. This place is a really cool. We learned about the camels and rode them through the canyon where we saw other wildlife, including a roadrunner. When we got back, we met their female camel and got to get up close with her, including kisses and pets. Derek and crew were amazing during the camel tour, very knowledgeable and fun. Afterwards, we drove over to the sanctuary and met with Axel where he showed us around. We got to hold macaws, fed a small monkey and imagined we were Disney princesses with the birds and bunnies. Very informative and a LOT of fun. We could have spent hours with the animals. Derek met up with us after the sanctuary, where he brought us margaritas, smoothies and quesadillas. Tasty goodness! This was an amazing experience and I HIGHLY recommend doing it. Thanks, guys!
